After waiting almost 45min I got an incorrect order. Told I would need to wait another 20min for them to correct it. No wonder this establishment keeps shutting down and the turn over rate is insane. New employees every week.

Ordered pick up 30 mins before I got off work to be picked up at 6. And still had to wait 24 mins after 6 to get my order. Not happy. Since people order pick up for convenience and probably have places to be.

Second time l've ordered the m and m brownie and no communication from the store that it wasn't coming and never showed up with my order. I ordered a pizza and a brownie tonight and brownie never showed up and pizza was malformed and toppings were stacked in some parts of the pizza and none on the rest. I couldn't even taste the sauce. Worst service and pizza l've ever ate . Never again!

Stopped on 9/13/2025 at 1:00pm. The pizza was very good. I ordered a large supreme. I would of gave 5 stars but because the toppings looked like they were just thrown on, some pieces had every topping some pieces did not ( sausage, green peppers and mushrooms) and there was pepperoni on every piece.. It would of been nice if they took more care and tried to be more evenly placed . Other than that it was outstanding. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and orderly.

Food is super yummy!! Service…you go through the drive thru…they will forget you every time! Takes forever for something that is suppose to be hot and ready. Hate when they say pull to the front. At least staff is nice

i just had a quick question about something simple and waited on the phone for someone to answer for 30 minutes. google was no help answering my question. Absolutely horrible service.
I ordered crazy bread and I watched the man hit his vape in the front of the store then go in the back and grab dough and start cutting with no gloves on. I know the bread is cooked at high temperatures but still disappointing. :/

3 times I ha e been here 2 times it has been bad at this location. Most recent ordered Garluc Parm wings. They definitely refused buffalo wings that had already been made and sitting because they rinsed and resauced them. The wing was still buffalo which I don't eat spicy food so u am not impressed AGAIN. PLUS DONT WASH COOKED MEAT. SHOULD HAVE JUST COOKED 6 NEW WINGS
