Delicious food and very friendly staff. Highly recommend the chicken adobo and mango boba. And despite the name, there are a couple of small tables, so you can eat in if they're not busy.

Ann has the BEST BOBA TEA & LUMPIA in the state. You will NOT be disappointed. Her menu has a choice for EVERYONE. When you're in a hurry, stop by & take your order & Boba Tea to go. ✌️💜😎
