Didn't give me an item, wanted me to drive all the way back and present my phone. I know the system can look up my order. Bad McDonalds and this is why I'm against $20+ dollars for fast food workers. Your labor isn't worth that!

One of the better McDonalds. Their service is better than half of the other McDonalds I've been to. I've been going here for a couple years and they only messed up my order once or twice but fixed it right away. Sometimes during busier hours, the wait can be 10-15 min. But usually it's around 5 min or less through the drive through.
