This particular McD's 511 Hwy 70 W has been a disappointment over the last 6 months or so. Their hours are 5am - 11pm, however if you go there before 0530 you WILL NOT get served. When service hours start at 0500 the expectation is service begins at 0500. That DOES NOT happen. I'm not sure if Management knows this or if they even cares, but this is very disappointing. This McD's is very near a Military Base with many Civil Servants that start their day early. There is no doubt that McD's Corp and this store are losing Money and Customers due to a lack of concern/leadership.

This rather small establishments teams could apparently run a much bigger store smoothly. Even during peak hours my food arrives in good or excellent time and condition from mostly shiny happy people. I don't know what their secret is, but i'm gonna keep eating from the breakfast menu until I find out. 🤔 ...😏🥰
Place is disgusting, smells like dirty mop, kids wear crocks and pj's for work, they ended up remodeling it and it looks like ass. Sad to see this company lose is sparkle. RIP McDonald's. 🙏

Visited the drive thru of this location on December 24, 2024 at about 4:15pm. Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and another large fry. Get home with the food and my son bites into his quarter pounder and yuck, both patties were red and bloody!!!! So I drove back down to the location and take it inside to show the manager. I asked for the manager and show her the burger and ask her “would you eat this?” And she says “no”. I said you’re going to get someone sick!! She says I will get you another one. I said oh no, I don’t want another one, I want a refund. She goes over to the cash register and opens it and hands me 8 dollars. No I apologizes, no I’m sorry, no have a great day, not a single word! Until I go to walk out the door and she says in a very sarcastic voice “ Merry Christmas”! Wow! I will never visit this location again. I don’t know the name of this manager but the GM can figure it out based on date and time and needs to take action. No one wants e-coli for Christmas!

Sat at intercom for several minutes was never acknowledged while 3 cars showed up after me all went to the other intercome and were immediately served. I said "hello" multiple times with no reply

December 24th 6pm-6:30pm came to visit and get a promotion drink, Staff was rude and loud and made very inappropriate comments and was in making bets on how to go engage with a customer which was me and laughing about it , behavior like this was never acceptable when I worked for Purcell Foods but it seems those values are gone I won't be coming back to this establishment anymore, the Manager Chris that night gave no care whatsoever about my complaint and laughed it off
