Worst mcdonald's in the state of North Carolina. This used to be a great McDonald's but the new management that has taken over is awful. The managers will sit in their car after 10:00 at night and answer the drive-thru from their cars. I literally caught them doing this tonight. The one manager got so nasty that she made me repeat the order three times when she knows she what it was and then had the nerve to say. Wow to me. Do not go here. I'm telling you right now. It is complete anarchy in this place and they need desperate management help.

Its so hard to go anywhere and get quality hot food. For some reason its like cheap is the equivalent to disappointment.
Tonight I stopped and got the 20 piece and two fries, times are hard.. and my meal was hot. Even with waiting to get home to eat. I worked all day, haven't eaten.. and yall didnt disappoint! Please thank your staff for me. Because you never know if the meal being served is with the last 10 dollars someone has. I appreciate the fact it was right the first time.

Here's a pro tip: never, ever use the drive thru. They are far too slow and incompetent and if you go through the drive thru you WILL be asked to pull forward and park somewhere else and then have to wait an inordinate amount of time for them to bring it out to you. This is only because they have a stupid set of metrics that they are graded by and they can't have anyone at the window for more than like 30 seconds without it counting against them and since they can't work fast enough to accommodate the drive-thru window metrics, they resort to this dumb stuff to massage the numbers and make themselves look good but make you wait longer and longer and longer.
You should always use the mobile parking spots and make them bring it out to you anyway, since that's what's going to happen regardless. Ordering one item and feel bad about having them bring it out? Is it raining? Don't worry about it, because they don't care either.

Attempted to reach out to Purcell, and of course they don't field calls. I am including photos for the lobby tea containers. The lids do not fit, and this is very unsanitary. Hopefully Purcell will quickly fix this.

VERY frequently get wrong or missing items here! Looking in the bag seems to not be enough, ridiculous you have to unwrap your sandwiches to make sure they're right!

I ordered a simple ham egg and cheese McMuffin combo. There were a few cars in line, but I was impressed with the speed it was moving along. That was a mirage for my order. When I pulled it out of the bag it was poorly wrapped. I had to put the sandwich back together, that is when I noticed it had no cheese. To further the failure of this order, the muffin was not toasted, and the ham was cold. I can understand now why it was moving fast. Nothing was cooked. This needs to be fixed, I have lost confidence in this McDonald's.

They've messed up my order the last 4 times I ordered at the counter. Either forgetting to put in coffee flavoring, swapping a mcdouble for a mcchicken in a combo meal, and everytime they forget to give the cup for the drink. They also have forgotten to put out the order entirely. Last time I was there, the lobby smelled like cleaning chemicals in a bathroom. The McD down the road at 1221 E Main St is much better.
