Took some friends for lunch for a mediocre meal unfortunately. Two ordered onion rings - barely cooked; raw batter inside. Shared that w the waiter, whose response was, “well other people Han that was everything okay?” He said he’d mention it to the “chef”. No one came out to offer to prepare a new batch ; no acknowledgment. Disappointing and surprising. Won’t go back.
