We had a group of 8 and Lisa was our waitress. She was so nice and the food came out fast and hot. It was so good! Hope to have Lisa again soon

Ordered delivery for me and the kids today. We got the big hut deal I believe it’s called. Spent $33 in all. We received two medium pizzas, eight count boneless chicken and cheesy bacon bread. I chose a tavern style pizza with extra mushroom, cupped pepperoni and onion. We also chose a thin crust cupped pepperoni and baked boneless wings. The food came fast and hot. The cheesy bacon bread was a big hit with the kids! The bottom crust was buttery and just crispy enough. The boneless chicken was very yummy as well! Both pizzas looked and tasted delicious! Definitely worth it and you get what you pay for! Would definitely order this again and recommend the bread! We got it with ranch….so good! Delivery driver was also pleasant.

The food was fantastic when it came out and to us. So fresh and hot. The beginning was the kicker. A lady worker talked to my lady and I. Said, the server will be w/ it's in a bit. That bit never came. The lady that talked to us, seated us and got our drinks. The server, again, never came to take our order. My lady had to literally ask her if she could take or order. After we got our food, another family came in and waited just like we did. They had to ask to be helped a well. It was shameful and could've been a lot better. No tip was given.

Server did her best. One server on the floor during buffet. You could tell the entire store was severely and utterly under staffed. I am a former employee as well in the Havelock store. Again, our server tried, but we all know the servers suffer from the incompetence of management.

Delivery is hit or miss, sometimes they get it right sometimes you are missing dips that you pay for or they give you the incorrect dips. The food, especially the wings are very good.

We went to the buffet. They don't have enough employees, but they were doing a pretty good job considering this.
DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET EXTREMELY SICK WITH FOOD POISONING AFTERWARDS!!! We ordered personal pan pizzas and wings and the toppings were of course different on the pizzas but mine was the only one with onions and sausage on it. After eating the food, 3 hours later I started getting violently sick. For the next 18 HOURS I got violently sick and couldn’t get off the toilet EVERY 10 minutes. No sleep , lost 12 lbs in 24 hours. I was so weak and dehydrated my wife took me to urgent care and they had to run an IV to give me medication and saline to try and hydrate me and stop the nausea. I wouldn’t wish what I went through on ANYONE. It was HELL. Worst 18 hours of my life. But what does Pizza Hut do ? Refund my money for the order and called it a day. They did refer me to their insurance company “intrepid direct insurance “ which is a joke. I felt like my suffering was worth a little compensation and possibly for any medical bills that the doctors office may send me . But they kept giving me excuses and saying there is no way to say it came from their food ??? Like sorry I didn’t scoop it out of the toilet so yall could examine it. They don’t care and never had any intention of helping me after what I went through. I hope this Pizza Hut closes its doors for good. Because something is WRONG in there. I hope anybody reads this so you don’t have to suffer like I did. I will NEVER spend a single penny at any Pizza Hut again.
Be patient. This buffet business can be something to learn. Slow start from the kitchen and piranha in the dining room were eating before the tray could be placed on the bar. So do we need to upside our bar? It wasn't the lunch rush so we were a little disappointed.

Everything was good, but the kitchen seems to be obsessed with veggies on pizza for the buffet. More meat and less veggies and I would have left with a fuller stomach.
