I came in for the new cheesy bite pizza. I told the associate, who seemed new, that I’d like to add onions to the order. I get the order and it comes out with just onions and no pepperoni. I check the pizza and notice the lack of pepperoni and point it out to the employee. He goes and grabs someone who I come to learn is the GM of this location. The gm told me the employee did nothing wrong, so they would not be remaking the pizza. I ask the employee if she was saying I did something wrong, to which she refused to answer. She tells me my only option is to either accept the pizza or take a refund, as they would not remake the pizza to which I tell her this is not good customer service. Not that y’all will care, but I won’t be back and I will be looking into speaking with whoever is in charge past the GM. I’ve never seen management be so dismissive to a customer who was just trying to get their order they way they wanted it. And to imply that I, the customer, is wrong… I’m just disappointed at this point.

I’ve ordered from this location so many times and normally I have a good experience. However, this time I’ve sat in the drive through 15 mins without even being acknowledged. I saw 3 people on their cell phones and look over at my family and walked to the back. This happened last time as well. If we order delivery usually not many issues. They have messed up our orders a few times. But it seems to be the carry out we have the most issues with the staff. Overall the food is good, customer service just needs to be worked on more at this location.

Normally I don't do this but, I ordered food and paid for it online to have it delivered to me. The Estimated delivery time was 4:28PM, the guy got here at almost 5PM. It's sad because I live on base and it shouldn't take that long.

Fustrating that a simple franchise can’t follow orders. Ordered delivery, and pizza joints can’t follow instructions, whether it’s pepperoni toppings or marinera and an order of grated Parmesan cheese, they can’t follow directions. Simple instructions. A disgrace

I don't know why I expected things to be different here, but I guess at least they are predictable. Ordered pizza and Cheese sticks on the app and even called the store to request that they not burn our cheese sticks, that they be cut, and that they had the seasoning topping on them. Was assured it would be done correctly. Waited 45 minutes for delivery, opened the box to a slab of cheese sticks with very little cheese, uncut, and absolutely no seasoning topping on them. Don't mind telling you it infuriates me for someone to half do their jobs. Especially after I take the time to reiterate my request and wishes. My Lord, I know it's just pizza, but if you can't do something that simple right, what on earth can you do? And fast food workers want 15$ per hour? I don't think so .
To be fair, the manager did refund the cheese sticks, but the damage has finally been done. Never, ever again

I've ordered here 3 times. We do it through the App. It's ready within 15 minutes. They don't miss things, friendly staff with good customer service. The wings are pretty on point too.
