Been going for as long as I can remember. Always go when I go back home. Always bring some back to FL with me.
Visit was during the lunch rush, employees were very nice. My co-workers and I ordered for dine-in and sat at a table. My co-workers got their food along with multiple people who placed their orders after me. When i brought it to the attention of the counter staff, they apologized profusely and rectified the situation. I was impressed with the staff and the manager who personally apologized for the issue. Well done!
Chicken breading was too crunchy making it hard to bite or chew. The barbecue wasn't all that great. The sweet tea and cole slaw were very good.
Always love the people here. Great food!
every time i go through here the drive through person is extremely rude, i just left with my order and i paid 12$ for a singular chicken tender because they forgot literally my entire meal

Generous sandwiches. We had a chicken tender sandwich and a barbecue sandwich. Both were good and needed no extra sauce.
Walked in and ordered. Got the pulled pork value pack. $17 for 2 combos. They have the friendliest front staff. The young man that brought our food to the table was very courteous! Food tasted amazing. It was everything I expected.
Great tasting barbecue and Brunswick stew 2 for 1.

An already disappointing day topped off by a wasted trip through Smithfield's drive thru. It was a simple order: 2 chicken breasts & a pint of cole slaw. I get home and open the bag to find a carry out tray with 1 breast, 1 wing and a scoop of cole slaw. Perfect ending to a perfectly crummy day; thanks Smithfield's for nothing!
We love Smithfields BBQ! The fried and BBQ chicken are a little small. Not the serving but the meat on the bones.It's one of our, couple of times a month dinners.Serves is good. A lot of turn over but that's to expected in this area with young employees.
Crushed that the brunswick stew has wheat in it as I have been taken off of all wheat. Literally all I can eat is barbecue from the back and slaw. But I appreciate the helpful attitude of the staff.
Hot french fries, awesome barbecue sandwich and good sweet tea. Enough said.
This place is just as good as I remember. Whatever catches your eye, get it. It'll be good. Or get a little of everything
