General Manager promised me a job, and told me to put in my two weeks at my other job, scheduled me for training then when I showed up she had her manager tell me she didn’t hire me yet, I call up there and she just has the same manager answer and never comes to the phone herself, talk about professional courtesy

Usually drive thru. They take much longer when you drove thru in my opinion. Service is meh....no eye contact and taking my card out of my sight for payment is sketchy. They need a machine outside at the drive thru side like other Sonics across the state. Food is awesome most of the time but the last 3x just wasn't hitting on anything. Subpar at best. Do better

We ordered online for convenience of not having to get out of our car bc we are headed out of town. The server brought us our food and none of the condiments were in the bag we included in the order and his order was wrong. There was nothing but bread and small piece of hamburger. We pressed the button and specifically asked for ranch and 5 ketchups. She brought out 2 packs of ranch and no ketchup. My boyfriend went inside to let the manager know and all she was you should have just hit the button. He replied we already did that! I mean it’s not rocket science! Get it together!

Went to Sonic at 1030 which is 30 minutes before they close on a Monday night only to get no service. At least five other customers were left with no service upon leaving Sonic not to mention we were stared down by employees through the window as we left the drive-in. Absolutely disgusting service that I have never seen elsewhere.

Its not just this Sonic that hates it when you ask for extra toppings. It's the whole area. Sounds like upper management issue. Its not like I'm asking for free toppings, I want to pay you for extra toppings. Why is this an issue? Unreal. 2 stars is all you get.
This Sonic is located in Havelock. It definitely can use some renovations. The concrete is breaking up. The landscaping is going down hill. The workers seem stress. A few times I’ve been there my order has been wrong. There is hardly anyone working there or little to no help. One person running the whole thing isn’t right. You feel kind of bad for the ones who do work there bc the lack of help.

It Took 10 minutes for the girl to take my 2 sonic blast order. Watching 6 people including the manager stand in the window on their phones. When my large oreo blast finally reached my car 12 minutes later it had one oreo sitting on top and the cup was not even full of ice cream. My second large brownie blast had chocolate chips on top and not even blended at all. By far the worst service ive ever experienced at this location. Which is a bummer cause I enjoy sonic.

Literally waited 20 minutes to get my food. The speakers didn't work properly. They had not one but 2 people come out to order my food. Then they walked away and i gave them my card to pay. Someone else came an ask me for my card. They did not give me my card back to the 3rd person who came out. No communication at all. Overall very horrible experience in havelock. Do not recommend them.
