This is exactly what you expect from sonic. The stalls were clean and worked pretty well. The employees were professional and quick to bring out the food which looked exactly as I expected to overall a good and reliable place to get some food on the road.

took 30 minutes to bring out our food, the screens didn’t even work at this place. very poor quality overall. for 2 meals keep that in mind.

Waited ten minutes at a stall without our order being taken, moved to drive thru only for the order that we had to repeat three times to the speaker was wrong. It was two pretzels and a slushie, couldn’t have been that hard.

General Manager promised me a job, and told me to put in my two weeks at my other job, scheduled me for training then when I showed up she had her manager tell me she didn’t hire me yet, I call up there and she just has the same manager answer and never comes to the phone herself, talk about professional courtesy

Usually drive thru. They take much longer when you drove thru in my opinion. Service is meh....no eye contact and taking my card out of my sight for payment is sketchy. They need a machine outside at the drive thru side like other Sonics across the state. Food is awesome most of the time but the last 3x just wasn't hitting on anything. Subpar at best. Do better

We ordered online for convenience of not having to get out of our car bc we are headed out of town. The server brought us our food and none of the condiments were in the bag we included in the order and his order was wrong. There was nothing but bread and small piece of hamburger. We pressed the button and specifically asked for ranch and 5 ketchups. She brought out 2 packs of ranch and no ketchup. My boyfriend went inside to let the manager know and all she was you should have just hit the button. He replied we already did that! I mean it’s not rocket science! Get it together!

Went to Sonic at 1030 which is 30 minutes before they close on a Monday night only to get no service. At least five other customers were left with no service upon leaving Sonic not to mention we were stared down by employees through the window as we left the drive-in. Absolutely disgusting service that I have never seen elsewhere.
