Usually drive thru. They take much longer when you drove thru in my opinion. Service is meh....no eye contact and taking my card out of my sight for payment is sketchy. They need a machine outside at the drive thru side like other Sonics across the state. Food is awesome most of the time but the last 3x just wasn't hitting on anything. Subpar at best. Do better

This Sonic is located in Havelock. It definitely can use some renovations. The concrete is breaking up. The landscaping is going down hill. The workers seem stress. A few times I’ve been there my order has been wrong. There is hardly anyone working there or little to no help. One person running the whole thing isn’t right. You feel kind of bad for the ones who do work there bc the lack of help.

My friend ordered food via drive-thru, and there was an error on my friend's part. The server came back and explained the error and was extremely patient and courteous and not annoyed by her mistake. Thank you, Sonic!
