I love going to this Starbucks. It's well kept, quick service, and so far I haven't had a mistake with any of my orders. Either grabbing a quick mocha on break or sitting for a few hours chatting with friends, I have enjoyed it.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks in the area. I would come from New Bern just to come here. I’m not sure what happened. I paid ten dollars for a cup of coffee and they won’t put my cream in the side unless I pay 4 dollars more. I pic 30 bucks for two coffees and a sandwich and I can’t get cream on the side. For the price you pay for star bucks coffee customer service SHOULD BE priority. The Michella called me honey and baby with my wife right next to me. Have some class lady! I’m not your baby! Seems to me like it might be new management and I’m not impressed. You need to step up your game and realize your customers are most important. They told me I couldn’t have more than 2 or 3 oz of cream so walked in the store and used their FREEEEEE CREEEAM!! Explain that!?? Normally when I go to work at 430 am those folks are amazing and I love them. Props to them! Maybe one of the local coffee shops will appreciate their customers more. BTW…the two stars o have are for the morning folks.

I absolutely love Starbucks Havelock. I go to the Swansboro, and Jacksonville locations as well. But Havelock tops them all!

I have to say out of most of the restaurants in Havelock, this Starbucks has employees that want to be here! They smile and laugh and have such great energy! I would be proud to have my soon to be 16 year old work here! Great job and keep up the great attitudes!

Waited the suggested time for my mobile & she reminded me at the speaker box to place it in store which was fair. When I got to the window she told me it wasn’t ready, I waited some more then she told me it was ready but that again I shouldn’t place it for in store & I mentioned I also had a food item but when she hands it to me she reminds me for a third time don’t place it for in store. Very passive her name was Mila. Food & drink was good though

My egg white muffin was cold in the middle and the muffin was rubbery at THIS location. I was too far up the road to turn around. I would check before you go when ordering hot food here
My to-go-to place for a nice refreshing drink. I even got my husband liking Starbucks drinks 😂😁

after being told to wait and look over the menu as they were taking care of other customers in the drive thru (granted there was a line infront of me) I waited and waited no one came back over the speaker I pulled around to park to no avail there was no line in the drive thru infront of me anymore (after waiting well over 10 mins). I parked went in to order and hear the lady talking over the speaker to the person who was behind me that sat there as long as i did. Mind you when I come to this starbucks I'm normally in and out in under 5 mins, this time it was a little over thirty minutes...... Be mindful of the people you have waiting in the drive thru. My time is just as important as yours!
