Very friendly workers!! Was super upset to see the puppy wall taken down :( it made the store feel more connected to the community like Starbucks is suppose to be. Hope they put it back up soon!
I like Starbucks as a general whole and will give them all a decent rating. This location is clean for the most part and I do visit it frequently but I prefer the one in New Bern as this one for some reason even when I submit a mobile order consistently has given me the wrong drink I just stopped ordering the drink altogether from this location. The staff are really friendly most of the time!
Starbucks is new in this little town. We are a small community but are populated by a well educated often government employed majority that significantly contribute to local economy. I love Starbucks all the way back to Seattle, but leadership at this new store really need to take notice of some of these complaints regarding your staff. Havelock is always hit or miss for new businesses and your staff and the service provided mean more here than the coffee. Bad or rude customer...
