Ordered a chicken bacon ranch from a young man that was clearly not happy to see a customer 45 minutes before closing...
He asked if I wanted it toasted. I said no. Every time I have gotten this sandwich at any other location they heated the chicken and bacon.
This young man did not. When I asked him about the uncooked bacon, it was clear he had no intention of remaking the sandwich and offered to try to pull it out of the already made sandwich and warm it up. I told him to do that or I would throw it away because I wasn't eating it like that. He said ok. Wrapped up my sandwich and checked me out.
Now I sit in a hotel room with ice cold chicken and no bacon on my chicken bacon ranch... Not cool subway!

Every single time i’ve ordered a combo online , i only get the sub. I was so excited for my chips and drink. This has happened 3 times in a row. I also got sick from their tuna sub. Never ordering subway again.

I purchased the nacho footlong and it was nasty. It was about 1 in wide and so crispy. I could hardly chew it won't buy another one

Stale bread and don't even bother ordering a kid's meal. They will just tell you that they don't carry the milk or apple sauce that is supposed to come with them. What logic is that??
Charge you for it, and then just give you the sandwich and not even say anything until you ask.

I think it's great company and people but every coupon I bring is can use cause it says free. Other than that foods good customer service is good

The place is a dump. Roaches on the floor. They totally screwed up my order and then refused to correct it or give a refund. Never go there again. The manager was a complete jerk.

I've been going here for a while with no issues, the workers are all friendly. Today on the other hand, I spoke to a super nice woman who made my sandwich, got home and there was a bug in the sandwich. It's definitely not the workers fault though, she was awesome, I think it was hiding somewhere in the veggies.

There is nothing like being rung up by a staff member with a face covered in mayo. Then she goes to ring me up after finally washing up in the middle of cashing out, to hand my bag that's soaked because she didn't dry her hands.
Used a coupon that clearly states only 3 subs are off limits. The manager said it excludes everything except the 'make your own' subs, but you still can't get an Italian, among others.

I seriously hate this subway. The outside looks like crap. Potholes surround the place. Inside is meh at best. There's other options around, I suggest you use em.

If ur not part of the solution u r apart of the problem, I got a job there to fix what I didn't like as a customer. I can honestly say it is not the owner's fault, it his manager. She does the orders, is suppose to train, and oversee the store. She panics when she gets 2 orders, doesn't know how to communicate and refuses to discipline wrongs. If I was a teen I'd love working there too lol. Food cost is crazy from theft (allegedly),Steven is truly the best employee this location has. Until there is better management I will not eat there.

It really pains me to leave a bad review
But this owner deserves it. He makes subway look bad and doesn’t seem to care. He refuses to order enough ingredients to last him the week. He’s almost always out of multiple items… What a way to run a business into the ground. Can’t believe corporate is okay with this.

I ordered online...we went to pick up and were told they didn't have meat. We had to reorder the food to what they did have. Our sandwiches had the smallest portion of meat I have ever had on a sub sandwich. Due to the order changes, our cookies were not given to us. When I called for a refund for the cookies, I was told the manager does not like to give refunds and we would have to come pick up the cookies.

This store has the worst service in Havelock. I've used the app every time I've had Subway I got to the restaurant and it said my order was ready....They hadn't even STARTED it yet....this was not an isolated incident the first time I ordered with no green peppers as I'm allergic to them got home and unwrapped the sandwich and the first thing that fell out was green peppers....I called and told the associate as there was no manager there at all...they asked me to come back and exchange it after Driving 20 minutes to get home....i told them the situation and the subway associate said "what do you want us to do about it?".... several times the order has been completely wrong...not even the sandwiches that were ordered....Worst Subway in Havelock, NC

Absolutely beyond disgusting in here ! The employees working were extremely rude the one girl was taking forever counting the pieces of turkey she was putting on , the next girl came over and was so mad she had to work she ripped the roll and was slamming things acting like a straight B. We were going to get three subs ,in the middle of that I told them I was good and walked out . The counter where they make the subs was so filthy as if it hadn’t been cleaned all day , someone is going to end up getting sick eating here definitely calling the health inspector as well . This site needs to close permanently why be open when you have no supplies to run a business anyways who wants to go to a restaurant and be told we are out of everything.
