The staff were rude, not just to me but also to my wife when we’re just there just to get food. There’s no reason to treat your customers with disrespect, instead we got poorly served food and quality of said food was not good

The staff were rude from the beginning. There were dead flys on top of the glass. Food was not worth the price. Just don’t eat there they really need to work on their customer service and cleanliness.

I ordered the meal of the day which is a seven dollar item after tax, got my toppings on it and went to check out. They charged me nine dollars for my 6 inch meal of the day and then also did not give me chips or the two cookie option so I paid nine dollars for a meal that is supposed to be six and come with a bag of chips or two cookies on the side, very unhappy. it was my mistake for not realizing until after I left, but because I did not have a receipt from my order which they did not offer me, they did not offer me a partial refund or the missing items to my order when I did come back.

So we got home and my sandwich had weird clumped together cat hair ALL OVER and inside the side of the bread. I don’t necessarily think it’s the fault of the subway worker herself, however; the supplier of the bread is. I am REALLY grossed out. I’m one of those people that just pick off cat hair if I find any in my food, but this was just gross.. pictures included

I ordered a sandwich on DoorDash when I received my sandwich whoever prepped it did a horrible job one they didn’t do anything that I asked, for one it was not toasted at all, and everything was falling out of the sandwich. They did not wrap it properly very disappointed.

Bread was mangled like they tried to cut it in half with their grody fingernails, didn't even line it up properly, everything was on one half of the sandwich in a glob except for the sauce which was mainly in the wrapper, "no onion or tomato" apparently means "yes, onion and tomato", "toasted" apparently means"luke-warm soggy floppy", and the wrapper was just kinda crumpled around the whole mess instead of proper wrapped. And they were out of rotisserie chicken by noon?So 5 stars, if you want a soggy floppy baby mush with a free side of gastrointestinal distress

Everything was going semi alright until the girl went to cut my sub. She grabbed a knife, swooshed it around in a container of dirty water, and then splashed the dirty water on to my sandwich. I was absolutely disgusted. I'm going to be going back inside to get a refund.

Pls do not waste your money at this place.i had went in to see their veggies were old.The lettuce was yellow and brown.The cucumbers wilted. I ordered a sandwich without them and tried to eat it and it didn't taste fresh.i had to go back and demand a refund.i was given a hard time about it but did get it. The woman manager act as if she was not wanting to refund me because I took a couple bites.How else was I going to know it was not fresh. She kept making comments insinuating I was not entitled to a refund.This place clearly does not practice food guidelines. After my original complaint they proceeded in making others a sandwich with the old food. Just disgusting by far.i will never take a chance and eat at this establishment. Very high risk of food poisoning. I wanted to take a picture but was told it was not allowed.

I was in the restaurant round 3:30 today. Service was very good. Both guys behind the counter were friendly and helpful. The booths were filthy. Crumbs and chips were on the seats. The tables needed serious wiping. There was something sticky dried on one table along with dried soda that had been spilled.

Employees' at this subway in 566 W. Main St Walmart Havelock treated me as a disease. I had a current coupon good til 08/27/2023. (1 footlong sub, plus drink and chips for. $8.99). They were out of drinks when I was placing my order using the coupon. The latin-American lady told me "no drink". I told her she would have to discount the coupon even more if I didn't get a drink. She said, "oh no". I told her the coupon included a drink and chips. Why would I pay the price of the coupon if I didn't get a drink which is included. She walked away from me without taking my order. I yelled to tell her I also have another coupon for a free cookie with any purchase, she said, "no o ly one coupon accepted, not two". I asked her why because the free cookie comes with any purchase. She said, "no only 1 coupon". I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. She told me, "no manager here". Then this other employee came out as I told her the story. She said, "cant help you and I asked her if i could speak to the manager. She said, "said no manager". I thank her and asked her how can you ever get a free cookie if it only can be used with any other coupon as it says but you won't take both coupons. She just blew me off and walked back in the back room. I told them both were wrong and I wanted a manager. She didn't care and left the front. So I told them I would report the incident. She could have cared less.Therefore, you, if you care have lost a customer. Thank you..

I WAS TREATED WITH SO MUCH DISRESPECT. I AM A BUSINESS OWNER. I WAS TOLD TO GET MY OWN RECIEPT AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE. IF MY EMPLOYEES TREATED A CUSTOMER LIKE SHE DID, THEY WOULD GET FIRED. AND THEN SHE STARTED TALKING ABOUT ME WHEN I LEFT THE COUNTER. I HAD TO RETURN TO GET MY KEYS AND OF COURSE THERE WERE 3 GIRLS UP AT THE COUNTER AND YOU COULD TELL SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT ME. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT SUBWAY AGAIN***

This place is awful. Whomever is doing the hiring needs to do better. I stopped recently out of sheer convenience after shopping, and I thought eh why not. It can't be that bad. It was absolutely that bad. The young man behind the counter didn't speak. He just pointed and grunted. My wife asked him what came on a certain sandwich at which he pointed to some various meats and walked away. I asked him if the ICEE machine was working because I wanted one and he said "Nah." On the way out after we ordered, I looked over and the machine indeed was working. So I guess he's just lazy and didn't want to do his job. The only other couple that was there was talking to another employee, a young lady, because their order was wrong as well. After we got home our food was not good and kind of a mess as they didn't care about how they put the sandwiches together. So much for the commercials talking about them being our sandwich experts. I don't know what's going on with this place or with Subway in general, but I seriously doubt I will ever go to a Subway again. Jersey Mike's is right down the road and I will gladly give them my service and money.
