Me and my husband came to pick up a mobile order, stopped at the screen and they pulled up everything to make sure it was correct and told us to pull around. When we got to the window we were told that we never stopped at the window and told us to pull around again and state our order once more after waiting in line the first time. Lady at the window was extremely rude and overall terrible service!!

I'm going to say this for reconstructive criticism, not because I'm trying to get anybody in trouble. How was the general manager for 15 years in the restaurant industry so hopefully this will help. I've been to this restaurant probably more times than I can count picking up orders and about 25 to 30% of them get picked up by the wrong person. The pickup service you guys have has to change. You can't just leave stacks of orders for people to pick up. Trusting that they're going to pick up the right order. You need to have them behind the counter and you have to have an employee hand the correct order to the drivers. People are literally coming in your place stealing food and there's nothing you guys are doing about it. This is not fair to so many people. Let's just start with the actual people who are ordering the food. Not fair to them. Let's start with the people who waste their gas and drive all the way out here to pick up the food. Not fair to them. I hope this gets to corporate because something has to change with this system. I don't understand how this can be considered a safe and smart system. There has to be a better way. Other restaurants are doing it by keeping the food. Like I said behind the counter until the drivers get there. Also, being this is a military-based town, it wouldn't hurt to have the drivers show you their military base pass while picking up the orders. This is another way people are stealing food. There's nobody checking these things and it's just crazy.

It was just busy, they did what they could for after 10pm on July 4th. When we left, the line was out in the street. Guess everyone was wanting tacos!

I came to this establishment at 9:55 and one of the employees told me the inside was closed already when online it says they close the inside at ten I was on foot so I walked around to the drive thru there was an older woman who took my order but was very rude i eventually got my food and started to walk out the drive way and I fell through the gutter on the way out because it’s missing a whole section I scrapped my palms and busted open my knee I finally get home to my food being bare minimum it barely have any chicken in my Catina chicken quesadilla and my steak burrito had a hair in it i was very disappointed

It is incredibly frustrating when I pay for extra chicken and extra sauce, to open up my food see that I did not get what I paid for. Every time I have gone to this location, theres been SOMETHING wrong with my food. Whether it be missing items, cold tacos or not getting what I paid for again. It is very inconvenient for me to have to drive home, then drive back for them to fix what should have been done correctly in the first place.
