I just went through drive through in Havelock and ordered 2 of the $7 cravings boxes. Unfortunately, I didn't get what I paid for. The box is supposed to have a chicken chalupa supreme 5 layer burrito, crunchy taco, cinnamon twists, & chips and cheese.
I got all the way home and only had a crunchy taco, beefy burrito, and twists. Tried calling twice and no one will answer. Not to mention I had to turn around to get my drinks they never gave me.

I wish you could give 0 stars for stolen money, rude service, refusal to fix the the fact that they gave our food to the wrong person. We ordered on the app at 5:11 and they claimed the order was picked up at 5:10. They claimed they already gave out our order. But it wasn't to us, even though we had our app and order number, they refused to help out in any way. So, after the 30 minute wait and terrible interaction we are going to be in touch with corporate to ensure both our refund and reprimands for the useless and rude joke of customer service we received tonight.

Their soda machine is 100% perfect mix of carbonation and the syrup mix. Have tried several sodas and they are all perfect!

Quite honestly, I just had the best Customized Bean & Cheese Burritos (July 4th evening) that I've ever eaten at a Taco Bell, and that says a lot because that's all I ever order! They really did an awesome job. I placed it on the app and did the walk-in pick up. The rest room was also very clean.
