Just drove threw drivethrew got some burgers an chilli cheese fri..Fries was nasty..had water down chilli beans ober top. felt like i was eating slop.... Rude service at window.. meaning i placed order at menu board Was told the total.i get to window representative, took card, and said not one word. gave the card back and said move up ..same representative brought food out, not one word spoken. handed my food... I would tell her name. but she did have a name card on shirt... The chilli cheese fries used to be so good...not today...

Food was amazing however service was absolutely terrible. We went through the drive through and the woman who took our order was not very friendly and rushed us through ordering. When we pulled up to the window she held her hand out for payment, did not verify our total and did not say anything to us, just gave us nasty looks. I typically don't have anything bad to say about this location, food and service had always been good albeit the drive thru could be slow during mealtimes which is to be expected. As someone who worked in fast food and customer service I was just taken back by how rude the woman working the drive thru was I needed to let others know.

I ordered a chicken breakfast sandwich and they just gave me the biscuits no chicken. Sucks to get home and realize they did this consciously. I got 2 sandwiches and they did it to both.

Such rude customer service!! Ordered an online order and waited in line for 10 minutes just to be told they were closed when I got to the order intercom. It was 5 minutes before they closed. And they said it in such a rude way!

Food was alright, service is the worst I have ever experienced, the person who took my money was alright but when I pulled up to get my food and drinks they were practically thrown at me before I got to the window and and attitude when she threw us our order all she said was “here”. mind you this has happened 3 times now, I never write bad reviews but this was totally uncalled for. I don’t know her name but she has blue hair and never smiles never greets anyone takes our order with an attitude and hands it to us with an attitude.

The workers always take your name off of screen prematurely. They often forget about the order. I waited for 40 minute for my order last time.
The staff can vary depending on the day. I have had very nice respectable staff to very confrontational ones who seem generally annoyed at your existence. The food is as unpredictable as the staff. The consistent things though are the bathrooms are always horrendous and the drink machines never work.
