Got my spouse a taco salad for the trek home.... tomatoes or questionable quality and the corn is black. Like yellow corn with black spots. Also they forgot the chili. Someone can reach out to me.

Good was good, nothing outstanding, typical Wendy's. Drive thru was fairly slow, about 10 minutes for a small order for two. One car ahead of us. The staff was friendly, not overly, but greeted and smiled. I didn't go into the building but I have atmosphere 5 stars because of friendly staff. The building is clean looking from the outside.

I'm sorry but the fact I had to wait in the Drive-Thru lane for 15 minutes for someone to bring out a simple order for a doordash customer is unacceptable. She had told me to pull up so my vehicle wouldn't be on her timer. Even if I'm the customer or the Doordasher I always get this experience here. We’ve given this Wendy’s two tries now, both times using mobile order—and both times it took over 20 minutes to get our food. Not exactly “fast” food. On our most recent visit, we were missing items, and the burgers were barely warm. I’m giving two stars only because the man taking orders was friendly and professional. Otherwise, the experience was disappointing.

My fries were stale, my chicken wraps were all wrong, one of my chicken sandwiches were wrong, and I did not get my small French fry that was charged for. This is not the first time this happened, but this going to be my family's last time we eat at the Havelock location. We even called door dash and they will not redo our and deliver it. That's bullshit. We are never door dashing again or ordering from Havelock Wendy's.

Never been here before. Driving through for work and stopped for lunch. Was greeted by a friendly staff. Very clean restaurant. Food came out correctly and quickly. What more could you ask for from a fast food place. Highly recommend.

Your ads talk about freshness and made to order. If I come in to order, have to wait for my order, then I expect it to be HOT, not Luke warm, at best.
