Absolutely LOVE the mushroom Swiss burger, chicken sandwich, and chicken strips! Just wish they could find help so they could be open more often. Staff does a GREAT JOB despite being so understaffed! Great job guys!!!

Sunday morning:How do you run a business with the door giving a time to dine in and it’s locked. To find out why you drive through the 1st window and ask why it’s locked and they say “sorry we are not open for dine in.” Unexceptional. We left without ordering. I’m over “Covid” I’m over “short staffed” and find this absolutely ridiculous.

Visited Hardee's in Hayesville North Carolina. Went inside to place my order was hesitant in touching the doors they were so dirty.

Drive thru moved fast & two young men working the window were very nice. I had my dog & they offered him is own little treat! The food wasn't fresh or fries weren't but it was close to 5pm close time.

I have updated this review. They must have new management. The place is clean and the employees are always friendly and polite. The food is even better. I now eat here when getting lunch.Only had a 85 cleanliness rating. Garbage on the floor and some of the employees looked dirty. With McDonalds getting a 65 Hayesville needs a CLEAN fast food restaurant. I won't eat at a place with below a 95. No excuse for dirtiness, germs and poor hygiene. They are inspected multiple times a year and know what is expected. Both managers should have been terminated.

Incredible. Poorest counter service I have ever seen. Sandwich was ready quickly. Girl decides to sort cups instead of get our drinks. Wait for drinks. Then she gets the drinks, takes the sandwiches to the fries. STARTS the fries. Sandwich cold by the time we got them. Nobody in the building to get our refills. Back door open and staff visiting with a friend in the parking lot. This place is always bad, but this is unreasonable. Every table was filthy. Oh, the girl helped herself to the fries while walking by. This MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!.

All of you leaving bad reviews really don’t understand that we are SEVERLY understaffed and we are doing our very best in very poor work conditions. We wouldn’t work here if we had a choice. The people who work here are desperate for money and have already exhausted our other options. night shift only has 2-3 people a night and when we get rushed it’s not fun. At all. So maybe have a little more patience for the people who are busting their buttsTRYING to get your stuff out to you. We make mistakes. We just need the money so we’re trying our best.

Service was very slow, especially since there was no one else to serve except a car at drive thru. The Hayesville Hardee's has poor service compared to the Hardee's in Andrews (which is much more customer oriented).
