This is the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to! this morning me and my friends placed a online order through the app to pick up for our children and we placed 3 separate orders and collectively were over 100$ and when we get there their store is closed and but they are still taking orders at the speaker and taking peoples money then locking the doors and shutting the windows
when we confronted a staff just asking what we could to do to get our money back and she was extremely disrespectful and wouldn’t help and wouldn’t even get a number for us to call. and she proceeded to try to slam the window shut and my sister in law put her arm in between the window just to try to find a solution, it would not let us refund on our end and we tried to explain that. she had processed it on her end even though she knew they were closed. and then they called the cops on us because my sister in law put her arm between the window and said that she forced it open. the very kind police officers told us they had already been there at morning for a similar situation where they had took someone’s money and then locked the doors. this is unacceptable, and we are still unable to get our money back!

I would have put a Zero if I could have.

We placed a mobile order. Checked in & was notified the order was on the way out. It never came. We walked up to the drive thru because they had all of the doors locked.

After being yelled at by the manager and her making it very clear we weren’t getting our food or money back she proceeded to shut the drive thru window in our faces. My friend put her arm in the window to keep the window from closing and the manager called the cops on us.

Lucky for us, the police had already been there once that morning for the same thing. The employees were taking orders allowing people to pay and not giving them their food…

Placed a mobile order and they wouldn’t make it. They accepted it, and acted like they made it but didn’t. Wouldn’t give us food, a refund, corporates number or anything. The manager was hateful and rude. She called the cops because she tried to slam the door in our face and I put my arm down. She tried to lie to the cops but they knew better. I've lived in this area for 2 years now and every once in a while. I'll give this McDonald's a chance. But every single time, my food is cold and taste why can't been sitting out past the hold time I give up at this point. And this last time made my husband very, very sick. The young girl in the window seemed to be more occupied by somebody in the back and actually helping getting food out.

I honestly think the employees here try hard, it seems there is a problem with the training perhaps, I've seen new employees come and go and thought the issue was maybe a few bad ones they would get rid of in due time. When ordering the wait is longer than any other McDonald's I usually go to (drive thru or inside) just the other day I had two cars behind me in the drive-thru leave after I got put on hold for close to 5 minutes before I was even able to order, I told the employee inside the last time I was there my order was messed up and I received the wrong flavor frappé I thought maybe they would offer to right the wrong, the employee replied "okay" wasn't being rude about it, she never even thought to offer anything or to get a manager, the food is rarely fresh, the employees seem to be trying very hard but something is clearly very wrong. I rarely ever complain on reviews but something needs to change here it's awful. I'd love for this place to be brought back up to standard but in the meantime I'll be staying away.

this mcdonald’s is awful, we placed 3 curbside orders off the app and when we arrived the store was closed and when we tried to just see if we could get a refund or a corporate number we could dispute it with the manager was so extremely rude and tried to slam the window in our face and my sister in law put her arm in between to stop it and she called the cops, they were taking orders and money but then weren’t giving out food and locked the doors and windows. this is ridiculous, i’ve never been so disgusted by staff ever!!

The “manager” is awful! We had 3 mobile orders. They accepted and then when we arrived the doors were locked. Refused the food or a refund at the drive thru. Wouldn’t give us corporates number and tried to slam the window in our face. When I put my arm out she called the cops and tried to lie to them but they knew better. Got scammed out of $70! They were also taking peoples orders in the drive thru and when they would pull around they wouldn’t answer the window. The cops said it was their 2nd time at the restaurant that morning.
