I orderd a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin meal and an egg and cheese mcmuffin meal. The young lady rang my order up as both being sausage egg and cheese and 1 with no sausage. Which keeps both the same price. There is an egg and cheese mcmuffin on the menu and it comes with the Canadian bacon. It is also a cheaper price. We were on our way to church in blairesville, so of course I did not notice this til we were going down the road. Im not sure what the deal is but this McDonalds and the one in Hiawassee especially are sinking in their customer service area and having knowledge of their job.

Waited at the counter for five minutes before I was waited on. No condiments, salt, pepper, ketchup, anywhere to be found. Fish fillet meal was $10 bucks. Bread was not fresh. I won't be back.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Half the time the lobby is closed even in the middle of the day and they'll always tell you it's because they're short-staffed. But it's just because the owner is cutting costs by cutting down on employees. Time and time again. The lobby is closed and there's 20 cars wrapped around the entire BP gas station. The owner is an absentee owner and is never there and the general manager I've seen maybe twice and this is a place that I used to go to three or four times a week. Says it's locally owned and operated but the owner lives in South Carolina or Florida and is never there. That is verified by talking to some of the employees. Most of the employees are great and do a good job, but there's a couple that are awful. Whoever owns this McDonald's is just collecting a paycheck and has nothing to do with the business and it shows severely!!!

I didn't catch the server's name today but she was great. She brought our food to the table, offered refills and cleaned our table. Best McDonald's experience ever. The food was cheap, fresh and good too. Got three $5 deals.

I went up there to get a crispy chicken biscuit and they give me a mchicken biscuit. so I take it back and they again give me a mchicken biscuit. Nobody wants that mechanically separated crap. I won't be coming back. They do something like this every time I come here. Last time I came up there, they tried to say I was banned from there. DO NOT EAT HERE!

This McDonald's is probably one of the very worst we've ever been to. In the end we did not even wait for our food and after looking at all of the reviews I'm so glad that we did not wait for our food. Pull up to the drive-thru, ordered our food, pull forward with three cars waiting in front of us. Sit there for 5 minutes wondering why we haven't moved 1 in. Sit there another two or three minutes and start to get frustrated. Wait another 2 minutes and look at my wife and said we don't need this that badly. At which point she says well you know let's wait a second. Wait another 2 minutes I looked at her again and she said okay give it one more minute when the clock turns 25. Of course the clock turns 25 so we get out of line and we're leaving, and we see some idiot walking back and forth from her car to the first person at the window getting food from them , so obviously the person at the window has ordered a massive amount of food for multiple cars not even in line and that's what's holding everybody up. It might not be exactly McDonald's fault but at this point McDonald's should have just said please pull forward and we'll bring the food out to you. So we left not eating anything. And like I said after seeing all these garbage reviews on this disgusting McDonald's I'm so glad we did not eat anything here

Would leave no starts but not possible, what’s the point in even having an ice cream machine if you don’t use it. Take the items off the menu so you don’t make your customers drive all the way to your store and you tell them you can’t make it for no reason. Waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes to be told “sorry can’t do that today”
