My mom, nana, and I went in to have lunch together. We got in and sat down, and we sat at our table for over ten minutes with our waitress walking past us time and time again, checking on the two tables next to us, blatantly ignoring us. We tried to get her attention, but she would continue to walk past us. We eventually got up and left, and she didn’t acknowledge us even as we were walking out the door. Terrible service.

Its predictable. Good food. Good service. The ribs were tasty but lacked much meat on the bone. I was still hungry after my half rack. Servers are friendly and atmosphere is country cute.

I went to help support a local business who had a fundraiser here. The food was delicious! I loved the fact that they have those fundraisers for local businesses and to raise money for those who need help. Kudos

Now I know why the parking lot wasn’t full.at 5 o’clock on a Saturday. We were passing through from the Georgia mtn fair and stopped in. We were charged $18.50 for a chicken tender meal PLUS a additional,$2.50 to fry it! I thought tenders were fried! Also $8.50 for@ 2 years old children’s meal and then charged $2.99 for a child’s drink that should have been included. The meal, was average.

Totally disappointed! Anytime we're in Haysville we always stop at rib country to eat. We got to rib country on a Saturday evening at 7:15. There was a small wait which was fine and we were seated at 7:45. Our order was taken very quickly and drinks bought out promptly but then everything turned horrible. We ordered an appetizer just because we were so hungry and waited 35 minutes for it. Then once the appetizer came out they told us that they were out of wings which is what my husband ordered for his meal. So my husband had to pick something different. We wait another 40 minutes and finally the waitress comes out and says they are out of ribs, which is the second thing my husband ordered after they were out of wings. The waitress asked if we wanted anything else and we just told her the check. We left hungry and with no food. I know it wasn't the waitress fault but it was absolutely ridiculous. They kept saying that the kitchen was backed up but there was literally two other families there. We waited over an hour and 15 minutes and got nothing but 12 fried pickles. Very very disappointed. I'm not sure if we'll be back.

Ordered a to go order via Door Dash. The order was an hour late and was not the driver’s fault. Rib Country failed to send the ice cream that came with the dessert. Sandwich meat was not chopped as requested. Onion flower was an oily onion mush. Everything was very greasy. Might as well drink a bottle of cooking oil. For what we did eat, we all feel nauseous. Spent over $100.00 and going to throw most of it away. Terrible experience, terrible food.

Rib Country - Hayesville is a nice spot with great flavor and a cozy atmosphere. The food was well prepared — the ribs were tender and nicely seasoned. The staff was friendly, although service was a bit slow at times. The place has its charm, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of organization and customer service details. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely come back. With a few improvements, it could easily be excellent.

Placed a take out order online for a rack of ribs, a whole BBQ chicken, fries, pickle chips. After waiting for 45 minutes AFTER our order was placed they told us they were out of whole chickens and could only do breasts, mind you the waitress had checked in with us about every 15 minutes and did not mention being out of anything. When we said that was okay the waitress came back to say they have no chicken breasts or turkey. We settled for chicken tenders. We then waited another 30 for the tenders, ribs, fries and pickles. We went home and we got maybe 10 tenders for the price of a whole chicken, and maybe half a rack of ribs. The food tasted good but we had to wait for an hour and 15 minutes and didn’t even get what we wanted.
Not sure how they are when you eat in but definitely a mistake for take out.
