Most of the employees there are just rude. It would be nice to get a coffee without feeling like a burden for making them do their jobs when they’re just chatting or on their phones.

Employees are very unfriendly. Waited 10 minutes for one drink only to have them say it had been ready while others were getting drinks before me. They pushed other customers drinks to the edge of counter so customers could see, but mine was hidden behind something and they never called out my drink. Never apologized either or said anything when I confronted them about it. Terrible customer service and will not be back.

This location used to be absolutely wonderful, and with the right staff on shift it still can be. Amber is a great manager and very kind and so are a few other baristas there, but some of the new staff genuinely seem like they have no clue what they’re doing and I tend not to have a great experience when they’re working. I usually have to wait 20+ minutes for a drink (that still comes out wrong) when the new staff is working. The new staff also don’t have the best attitudes toward the customers either. I know good help is hard to find so I hope it all works out.
