My wife and I went to the Copper Door for our anniversary. It was amazing! We each had steaks - she had the fillet, I had the New York strip - plus we had the pork belly and soups for appetizers. We were stuffed by dessert, but we couldn't pass up the bread pudding. I highly recommend going there for a special occasion!
Start to finish, the dining experience was incredible. From being greeted at the door upon entering, to Toni, our waitress, the staff were attentive, and professional. Everything ordered was presented well and delicious. Our family visiting with us from New York said the Copper Door was reminiscent of some of the finer restaurants in Manhattan.
This establishment has class. Great dishes for all. Great servers, great atmosphere. Great Chef in the kitchen, great front managers and bar tenders. Dangerously delicious desserts however. Be careful with those. What a surprise nestled in downtown Hayesville NC. A+++..
