My wife and I ordered and went to get coffee and napkins while waiting on our order neither one had either one numerous people told them and we wanted a long time nobody put out coffee or napkins still just taking orders finally I ask for a napkins from behind counter the lady got mad and went and got napkins and put them out finally coffee food was cold when we got it sucked won't be back u til you hire some help

Excellent food would've been 5 stars except I order a grilled chicken club biscuit with hashbrown blueberry muffin and a strawberry soda. All of it was great except I didn't get a grilled chicken i got a fried chicken and by the time I got home wasn't going all the way back up their door a grilled . Even though it was fried and not grilled it was all still really good but for the first time getting the chicken club add it all coming to 18 dollars would've liked to try what I ordered for my first time ordering it but at least it was still good and would order it again but do think grilled would've been better and a healthier option hopefully next time the order will be completely right for the almost 20 dollars. Everything was great though the strawberry soda for a first time went really well with the meal to almost would've been worth going back not even to complain about the chicken being wrong but to refill the strawberry soda it went really well with the meal. For a first definitely won't be the last

I absolutely love Biscuitville! The ham platter is my favorite, always fresh and delicious. My son never skips the pancakes, they’re his go-to every time. Unfortunately, they haven’t had the chicken and waffle that my daughter loves lately, but I think it might be a seasonal item. Still, the food and service are always great!

I came here on 10/5. I was excited because they had turkey sausage. The turkey sausage and egg biscuit was okay the only thing is the biscuit was dry. The grits were yummy. I love y'all grits.

This restaurant needs new management I’m guessing. I placed a catering order on December the 16th by phone. Tracey the manager of this particular restaurant in Henderson NC is the person I spoke to on the phone and that took my order on Monday the 16th of December in the AM hours. She asked for my name my phone number and what I would like to order. Once I placed the order she asked what day and time I would like to pick the order up. I chose December the 24th at 12 pm and she agreed with the date and time. I arrived at the restaurant at 11:39AM and went inside to let them know I was there for my order and that I was early. Well of course it was not ready which that was okay so I told the lady at the register after she wrote my order down once again with my phone number and my name that I would be back to give them some time. Arrived back at this restaurant at 1:23pm and had to stand in line for about 20 minutes with other customers as well. Once I made it to the register the girl informs me that they can’t find my order slip anywhere they have no idea what could have happened to it. Now it won’t one ticket lost it was 2 tickets lost for the same order. Well I go ahead and pay for the order and sit down to wait in the meantime my husband is in the drive thru to order food and had been sitting in that line since I came in the building because we thought me running in to get a catering order was going to be quick considering I had already been there at 11:39am for the same order. Well while he is waiting all of a sudden the drive thru is closed I approached the counter and yes I stood at the end of the cash register counter in the walk way in order to get the young girls attention that was working the drive thru I never once went behind the counter. As I spoke to the young lady and explained she was willing to help and allow him to give the order since we had been waiting forever in the middle of this young lady trying to help and to do her job that wonderful manager Tracey walked up to get in the middle of the conversation and to tell me to step back because it was hazardous being that I didn’t have on none slip shoes. and simply disregard that I had been more then patient at this point and walked back to her work station as she mentioned she was the manager. At that point as a manager she should have been proud to see her employee trying to handle the situation and trying to help the situation but clearly stating what her job title was well it must have been more important. So after all was said I requested my refund which she didn’t come to the front to do herself she passed her keys off to the employee that was running the front register to give me a refund in cash even though I paid with my debit card. Didn’t matter to me one way or another how they gave it back I’m just stating that to say this seems to me she didn’t come to the front to do her own job as manager because she must have realized she was in the wrong. She walked away from her work station to announce what her job title was but was not professional enough to walk to that register to take care of the refund for her customer. So Tracey thanks for loosing my order that you took yourself over the phone and thanks to that employee that you had running the front register that lost it the second time I walked out of this restaurant at 2:21pm with nothing. I didn’t have an issue with waiting because I could clearly see that this place was busy and these people are working on a holiday I’m sure they didn’t want to be there themselves so I was trying to be patient cause it’s not their fault. But been the manager and unprofessional like that after I’ve been more then nice I think not so good luck biscuitville in Henderson NC as long as this is the manager this place will go down hill. It’s already started!!!!!
