Starbucks is a popular destination for many, with some visiting daily and others weekly. The staff is known for their kindness and attentiveness, often providing helpful suggestions and accommodating customer requests. The cold brew and sandwich options are particularly enjoyed by some, while others prefer a black coffee with milk on the side. This location is appreciated for its friendly service, despite some mixed experiences reported by customers.
The menu features a variety of options, including the popular frozen lemonade dragon fruit item, which some customers find a bit tart but can be balanced with a touch of honey. Vegetarian options, such as fruit and egg selections, as well as low-sodium, gluten-free, and calorie-conscious choices, are available to cater to diverse dietary needs.
Customers frequently praise the cleanliness of the establishment and the exceptional service provided by the staff. One customer noted that drinks were brought over while they were nursing, highlighting the great customer service experience. However, there have been mentions of less friendly interactions with some baristas, suggesting that the staff could improve their demeanor. The convenient location, near Interstate 85 and various shopping experiences, as well as a nearby hospital, further adds to the appeal of this Starbucks location. Overall, this Starbucks location is generally seen as a nice spot, often providing a quick and flavorful experience for customers, especially with their hot lattes and extra shots of espresso.
