I ordered through the app and picked up inside, everything was made quickly (and correctly), and it was very easy to just pick up from the shelf. Miss Cynthia was so incredibly kind and went out of her way to help me. Every establishment needs more people like her.

Obviously Chick-fil-A is the best so not much I can add to that except it's always a treat coming here. We come from out of town because we do not have one where we live. The food is always great. The restaurant is always clean and nice. The staff is always incredible and friendly and helpful. What more could anyone ask for?? We appreciate you all so much and look forward to coming again.

I started my 3 year old grand daughter drinking strawberry milk shakes. She loves them. When i ask here where do she want to go eat she says Chick-fil-A. She was stuck on McDonalds untill she tried Chick-fil-A nuggets fries and milkshake.

This place is getting consistently worse. It’s a real shame because it used to be one of the only decent spots left in Henderson. I used to come here three or four times a week, but now I barely eat here twice a month due to how disappointing the entire experience has become, from the poor service and rude employees to the low quality of food and the lack of attention to detail. Just a real shame.
By far the worst chick-fil-a I've ever been to, I travel all over the country. I have been to this one a few times, they constantly miss items, they are stingy with fries and ketchup... plus the ketchup packets aren't the dipping kind
