This is the second time stopping at this location and our breakfast was not good. Our biscuits taste like they had been warmed up in a microwave. Very rubbery and greasy.

Mostly decent food and service. They forgot a milk and some sauce, but when asked, they gave them to us no problem. Took a little longer for food than expected, but still in a reasonable amount of time. Playground is big and great for kids, especially on a road trip!

It is rare I give a bad review but this is one that deserves it. Worst visit ever to chic fil a. Frosted coffee was more like coffee with a dab of ice cream. It is literally soup and I'm 2 minutes out of drive thru. The lady giving food looked like she didn't want to be there and instead of a greeting, we were automatically given our total upon approaching her. For a company that prides the self on good food and hospitality through service, that was a big fail today. Probably won't be back.

If you are expecting the high level of service we have come to expect from Chick-fil-A, pass this store by. Ordered for dine in but they put it in as carry out, items I ordered and were on the receipt were not in the bag, wrong soda in my cup, and while I stood next at the end of the counter trying to get this rectified, 6 employees walked past me without acknowledgement, including a manager.

Literally the worse ChikFilA I’ve been to and I’m a frequent FilA eater. Went through drive thru and the young lady barely greeted. Upon receiving my food, I was missing a straw, napkins and my sauce. At which point once I asked for these items, the young lady seemed annoyed so I politely said, “y'all have to do better.” Once I begin to eat my food, it was a piece of hair on my waffle fries, I instantly was super disappointed. I’ve never experienced a ChikFilA as such. I typically never have to check my bag because everything is always in there and my order is correct but this particular FilA is not it, from the poor service to the food. I do not recommend eating at this particular location.

What’s the point of having a mobile order if I still have to stay in the line with everyone else? This is the first chic fil a Ive encountered without a mobile order line that allows you to go straight through. It’s ridiculous. Not to mention the workers aren’t very friendly and condiments are never in the bag. I will never be returning here.
