I ordered hotcakes with my meal but the order taker didn’t hear me, so I went inside because I was missing them and the female manager was so polite and apologized and replaced them with mc griddles. I appreciate the fact that she went above and beyond! Kudos to her and her professionalism.

I came in to order some lunch and was greeted very welcoming by the young employee working at the front counter her name was Egypt she was very nice and honestly made it an even better experience she also made sure she had my order right and that she got all that I needed overall amazing experience and amazing employee😁

The service has gotten much better over the last few months. I especially like the girl with the glasses who works near the window. She is very well mannered and so polite towards her customers.
Afternoon management is horrible, managers for second shift don’t even work and we are always waiting for our food. Some workers there are rude and don’t respect their team. Something needs to be done ASAP!!!

This McDonald’s used to be pretty good back in the day but now there are just a bunch of kids working there. The tables are nasty as never any condiments or drinks in the area for the drinks no ice in the machines and there’s a light skin girl with pigtails and glasses I don’t know her name, but she is very rude. Like extremely rude. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this McDonald’s anytime soon.

I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes to order ice cream only to be told the machine wasn't working. This isn't the first time. They should post a sign saying ICE CREAM MACHINE BROKEN!
