Food was alright but we had a large order for our big family and had over 9 burgers, and 2 large fries+20 nuggets. They didn't even let us get more than 3 packets of sauce. I don't know what to say...

I came in to order some lunch and was greeted very welcoming by the young employee working at the front counter her name was Egypt she was very nice and honestly made it an even better experience she also made sure she had my order right and that she got all that I needed overall amazing experience and amazing employee😁

The service has gotten much better over the last few months. I especially like the girl with the glasses who works near the window. She is very well mannered and so polite towards her customers.

Afternoon management is horrible, managers for second shift don’t even work and we are always waiting for our food. Some workers there are rude and don’t respect their team. Something needs to be done ASAP!!!

Food was good but they seem to want get you out to quickly and always ask for the straw because I have went to 2 different McDonald's in the same area and each time I didn't get a straw

This McDonald’s used to be pretty good back in the day but now there are just a bunch of kids working there. The tables are nasty as never any condiments or drinks in the area for the drinks no ice in the machines and there’s a light skin girl with pigtails and glasses I don’t know her name, but she is very rude. Like extremely rude. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this McDonald’s anytime soon.

I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes to order ice cream only to be told the machine wasn't working. This isn't the first time. They should post a sign saying ICE CREAM MACHINE BROKEN!

I normally use the app but I usually never have an issue. But I just wanted to pay a huge compliment to some staff members. 1 in particular Atia I believe is what her name tag said. Does her job well and had great manners
Dabney Dr. Smh.....I Ordered a medium coffee before heading to work this morning, took the top off to stir it, to make sure the sugar and cream was evenly distributed... it tasted pretty good. Being busy at work my coffe had gotten to room temperature and I decided to reheat it.... it wasn't much left but i enjoyed it, so why not?...after heating it up i tasted it, it was extremely gritty so i took the top off and i didn't see anything so i tilted the cup and all i seen was black coffee grains... so i put napkins in the cup to soak up the remainder of the coffee and was disgusted at all the grains at the bottom 😳....Never Again!

The worst service ever. 1st they lost our receipt and make me wait for so long. Then we were missing 2 burgers and 1 drink. I asked the crazy- rude manager talked to me really bad. I took the food just because I paid my money.

I'm disappointed tonight...11/30/24 The Sprite was watered down, McRib was hard and not custom made, the FF were cold and hard! I was asked to pull down for a drink! Really! The only reason that made it a 3 star was that your workers were pleasant 😉
