Large menu selection, very quick and attentive service, I had a relaxing dinner in the dining room, the bar looks well stocked. My burrito was very tasty and the request of extra jalapeños was not a problem.

Mezcalito in Henderson is fantastic. When they first arrived where the old Golden Corral once stood, I was curious as to how they’d fare. Henderson isn’t the largest town and is quite saturated with many fantastic Mexican restaurants. Mezcalito didn’t disappoint however and has become a staple for my family. Not only is the menu wonderful, but the chips and salsa served at every table are exquisite. On my most recent visit, I ordered the Burrita Al Pastor. The pork and pineapple beautifully complimented one another for a delightful meal. I’d also like to shout out my server Andrea who worked diligent to serve my very large party. We had a mini family reunion and she somehow managed to provide each one of use top notch service with a smile. I cannot overstate the quality of food and service for the price. I highly recommend Mezcalito for anyone passing through the Henderson-Oxford area.
My wife and I stopped by for dinner this week while driving from Richmond, VA to our home in the Triangle. We had not dined at this restaurant before, so we did not know what to expect. Our dinner was delicious and the service was great. Our server Edy was outstanding. When I asked that he let the kitchen staff know that we appreciated the great meal, the manager came over to thank us for our kind words. Give them a try if you want good Tex-Mex food.
