I had one of the worst fast food experiences at this Popeyes location. My brother and I ordered two Surf & Turf meals—one online and one at the drive-thru. When we got to the window, they only gave my brother his drink, took his money, and told us to pull forward. Assuming we were waiting on the shrimp, we parked and waited… and waited. Five minutes turned into ten, then thirty. Still no food.

We tried calling since they were clearly busy—no answer....

I drive over 25 miles to get my great nephew his favorite meal, three piece chicken strips with fries and tea plus two chocolate chip biscuits, at least three times a week. Yes, he is hooked on Popeyes. He eats it in the car on the way home.

I love their red beans and rice, but it was a bad day for popcorn shrimp. So overdone it made a loud, dry crunch with every chew. I should have brought it back and demanded they do something, the shrimp were close to inedible. I tried soaking it in sauce, but still crazy overcrunchy. I even stirred some into the red beans but nothing was going to soften them. I must say I usually enjoy their popcorn shrimp and have had MUCH better at other locations.
