There’s something particularly satisfying about discovering a restaurant that doesn’t announce itself loudly. No overly designed entrance or theatrical fanfare-just a tuck-away spot on the corner of Montgomery street quietly serving food that demands considerably more attention than it’s quiet location might suggest.

My friend and I have made Punjabi our normal meeting place. The food is always delicious ( We both call it our comfort food) and the atmosphere is relaxing. And we both love the service. Everyone is so welcoming and nice!
Punjabi Tadka is desi restaurant offering halal and authentic punjabi/Pakistani/indian dishes. The food tastes amazing.
We ordered their chicken samosa and fish tikka. Both were fresh and full of flavour.
The owner is very welcoming and warm, and made it a very lovely experience for us.
The place is big, clean and perfect for family dinners/lunches.
Would definitely visit again and try their daals, tikkas and biryani.

Punjabi Tadka Indian Cuisine feels like a home‑cooked meal, fresh, flavorful, and comforting. The tea is amazing, a highlight of the visit. Service is warm, attentive, and makes guests feel welcome. The restaurant is a new gem with great selection and relaxed, inviting decor. Diners return pleasantly surprised, sharing spring rolls and desserts such as gulab juman, donut‑hole like orbs with sugary rose sauce, and carrot halwe. The main dish, Methi Malai, offers a buttery sauce with hints of curry and spices. A mango lasso smoothie is creamy and delicious. Lamb in the Rogan Josh is tender and flavorful, and naan is nice and crispy. Clean, bright, and spacious‑feeling, the decor is nicely decorated. Staff are pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and even helped get a key ingredient for a new flavor of lemonade for the Beed Treatz mobile lemonade stand. Large portions, great veggie options, healthy and flavorful food. Great food, great service. Highly recommend.
