Didn't eat there. Went to eat but the noise level was too much. It took a good 10 minutes before anyone even attempted to seat us. We just had a drink instead. I have eaten at other Ruby Tuesday's and was very pleased, just not this one.

Did takeout wings and fries over the weekend. Was the first time I had stepped back into Ruby Tuesday in over 10 years.... Restaurant use to be packed every night after 5pm, then went through a management spell... Overall it was not bad... Food was great, fries were great, service was great, still has an semi-old-school vibe... I would come again for sure. Old time regulars, give it a try. Food is good. Service is good. It definitely is not like it use to be 10+ Years ago but its a nice change-up for Henderson.. What more can you ask for?

Had not been to Ruby Tuesday in a good while (Henderson,NC) location due to poor experiences in the past. However we went on a whim on 1/09/26. I must say the servers were on point. They checked on us often. The food was ready in a good timely manner. The food was good, I wouldn’t say a 100 maybe would rate it a 94. But the atmosphere and service was so good and delightful! The manager was amazing also!

Have not been to this location in years because of how bad the service always was. Heard that it was under new management and things were a lot better. Needless to say they are exactly what they were 10 years ago. We sat at our table for about 20 minutes after being seated and were never greeted or asked a drink order. After deciding we were going to leave we spoke to the manger who smiled and kind of laughed when asked if he even knew what was going on. No one can blame it on being busy because this location is never busy. So save your money and go elsewhere. Ribeyes is always the best option for food around here anyway.

They took our drink order and never returned! 45 mins later we left while all the servers were talking to each other at the bar! The manager came out seen us and walked away! This place is the worst part of Henderson!
When me and my mother ordered , the chef was taking like 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and 45 minutes for tots. They got the food wrong by mixing my food with my cousin, dont wanna come back

It was HORRIBLE!! Our food was awful and waitress was very rude!! She never refilled drinks. Only time she stopped by our table was to TELL us, not ask us, to give her a 5 star review. I had to go find someone to refill our drinks etc. Would NEVER recommend this place at all!!
