Didn't eat there. Went to eat but the noise level was too much. It took a good 10 minutes before anyone even attempted to seat us. We just had a drink instead. I have eaten at other Ruby Tuesday's and was very pleased, just not this one.

Did takeout wings and fries over the weekend. Was the first time I had stepped back into Ruby Tuesday in over 10 years.... Restaurant use to be packed every night after 5pm, then went through a management spell... Overall it was not bad... Food was great, fries were great, service was great, still has an semi-old-school vibe... I would come again for sure. Old time regulars, give it a try. Food is good. Service is good. It definitely is not like it use to be 10+ Years ago but...

Had not been to Ruby Tuesday in a good while (Henderson,NC) location due to poor experiences in the past. However we went on a whim on 1/09/26. I must say the servers were on point. They checked on us often. The food was ready in a good timely manner. The food was good, I wouldn’t say a 100 maybe would rate it a 94. But the atmosphere and service was so good and delightful! The manager was amazing also!
