Applebee's Grill + Bar

We visited on a night when it was 23 degrees outside. The restaurant was 60 degrees inside with HVAC fans on. We asked the waiter to turn on heat and she said it had been off for a couple of days...needless to say this experience was awful.

This is the best Applebee's I have ever been in. The food is consistently good, the service is phenomenal and the atmosphere is very home town feeling. Great place to watch your favorite sport.

Ate there while home for Christmas food was good service was good had no wait.

Note to self, must be white to get serviced. Went in and waited at the host table with employees sitting around. Even went to the bar looking around. A white family comes in and all of a sudden they were greated and they walked right past me.

I wouldn’t get caught dead eating at Applebees but it was the only thing open within 5 miles. I can do much worst than this review but a eye for a eye makes the whole world go blind.

The salmon and potatoes were delicious... Unfortunately they were out of broccoli so I didn't get my broccoli but they did substitute for a salad . Very friendly hostess and waitress .

Gross food, worse service . McDonald’s would have been better . Waiter didn’t even fill up our water not once but I still left a decent tip.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo. The sauce was bland, the noodles were not cooked all the way through, and the chicken didn't have much flavor. It was almost inedible. My husband liked his burger.

First of all, Tyler was a great server, he was at our table as we sat down to get our drink order. He was very attentive the entire time we were there. The food was great, I tried the new chicken Parm with fettuccine noodles and cream sauce with marinara on the chicken. What a fabulous dish! The fried thick chicken breast was better than any chicken Parm I've had anywhere and I love the fact that it was fried and not grilled or baked. In my book, it's not really chicken Parm unless the chicken is fried. For some reason, the Pepsi there is always great. A little sweeter than most places, and I love that too. Great meal! Hope to be back soon!

The first time I ate at this store was last night. I will have to say the food and customer service was really good. It looked to be a pretty clean store as well. Yes I would recommend that Applebee's.

Not terribly busy for a Sunday afternoon, however our server could not seem to keep track of drinks. After she brought us our drinks, she rarely stopped by to check on us, so I had to constantly flag servers down to get a refill. At one point it was so bad that went to the 3 staff all playing on their phones at the bar to ask if they could refill my iced tea. One of them begrudgingly walked into the back and brought me back a cup - handing it to me with no smile or “you’re welcome” after I said “thank you”. No manager apparently on duty, because they never came around to check on us.
Food was okay, but nothing fantastic. Bread sticks were tasteless. Not sure I’ll be back.

My bartender was excellent, focused on her customers and never skipped a beat. Loved chatting with her.

Food, I ordered the wonton tacos and 3 cheese penne. Everything was luke warm and noodles were over cooked. I didn't have to wait long for either item, timing great, food was just luke warm.

Atmosphere.... enjoyable but did get a bit annoyed with watching one waiter stand around, arms folded, watching the TVs and not really engaging/helping with the other staff. Stood by the bar most of the time i was there and what id consider in the way. One waitress asked for his help and he didn't respond until the bar tender offered to take her hand full of glasses. Not even sure if he had tables or not, but as a former waitress there us always something to do to help.
