Night shift really needs help. My curly fries weren't even curly. From the looks of it even though I'm still eating them it looks like they came from the bottom of the barrel. It's one of my favorite places to eat but I don't like the night time crew preparing my food.

I ordered using the mobile app. Picked my order up at the drive-through window. The only negative is I didn't check to make sure I had my crinkle fries when I drove off into the sunset with my order. That was on me, though. All in all, the staff were prompt polite and friendly. Ordered two shakes, made upon arrival. (The Andes Mint shake could stand a few more chocolate candy pieces, another personal preference).
Overall, a pleasant experience.

I'm tired of ppl shittin on arbys, you gotta avoid the meats tbh, their mozzarella sticks, tenders, and curly fries are easily the best food they've got. This arbys was fire too

I have gave y’all two separate times within the last week and been absolutely disappointed by not getting everything that I have ordered. If I come through the drive thru and order 2 number 2’s double with curly fries and 2 drinks and a 8 piece of jalapeño bites and I pay $28.15 get home and don’t have all items purchased and cold fries. I will not be back 🤔

This is probably the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to, which is saying a lot since I’m a truck driver and travel a lot. The atmosphere is stale at best, none of the staff is welcoming or friendly, food is always cold , service is slower than death. Staff is walking around on their cellphones without a care in the world. Just so disappointing.

I paid $40 for 2 large combos 1 was a #15 smokehouse brisket sandwich with crinkle fries, large Coke (every other drink was out including tea) There were 3 thin slices of brisket on this bun swimming in bbq sauce with a few frozen fries but held out hope for combo #2. Half pound beef and cheddar #1, the sandwich held 4 slices of roast beef swimming in red ranch sauce with a spot of cheese. No where near $20 much less $40 worth of food. Sadly disappointed in this location. I won't be back.

Jade was very kind and helpful. We’d just flown in from Phoenix and had a while to drive yet and she made us laugh and feel like we could make it the rest of the way.
