The best Mexican pastries and breads in Hendersonville. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

Horrible customer service!!! Didn’t say word to me at all. Basically got ignored even when I went to check out.
I've been there on occasions and I've been able to change checks but according to the store manager she can't change it for me. I ask her for an explanation and she just tells me that since she doesn't know me she can't change it for me. Super rude to customers, arrogant, rude, I don't know how. They have people like that working in their business, according to what they told me, they were family, but they have no reason to treat people like that.

Rude customer service. Whoever was there this morning 11/20/23 needs to be put in check. Cant even ask a question without receiving attitude for that woman.
I have had to go to this store because of the bread they sell, the service is very poor, the people who serve are very rude and cold, but today was the last straw. I wanted to buy tortillas. The miracle was that there were only about 15 or 20, the smallest packages. normal and it looked dark I thought it was purple corn but when I got to the box the lady told me that she didn't sell those because they were already spoiled and she opened the package and we saw how the spores and black tortillas came out, to finish it grinding I had a package of dollar coins and he told me that they did not accept them and that the bank does not accept them when in other places they have not told me anything, the health department should visit them more often for the health of all those who They buy there, I forgot to take photos of the tortillas because of the anger in the way they told me that, not even an apology from them.
