I had a slice of Basque Cheesecake and the Chocolate Banana Cake. The cheesecake was rich, creamy, baked well and had a wonderful flavor. Both myself and my spouse loved it! The cake had chocolate ganache frosting with a light whipped cream layered between it and the cake base. Bananas and whipped cream were layered into the middle of the cake and both tasted really good. The chocolate cake base was a little drier than I expected and overpowered by the taste of the bananas, but...
The level of sweetness in the Japanese cheesecake and the matcha cake is perfect! It’s not sickeningly sweet like most American sweets, it’s so refreshing! The cookies are absolutely amazing too! They’re so soft with such fun flavor options. I also tried the watermelon yogurt smoothie and I was so surprised to find it was made of actual watermelon!! Not syrup like you’d expect at most boba places. Everything about this shop is fresh and you can tell how much hard work...
Phenomenal taste and quality in Bake Me House's goods. You can tell how much love and care the owner pours into her craft. This was the only place we could find with authentic Japanese cheesecake, and it DID NOT disappoint.
