Staff very friendly, no wait time at the peak of lunch time, waitress very attentive and made sure our cups never ran empty. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Adding to our list to return.
I have always been a huge fan!! Anytime We are in the area that's my go-to. We went on Sunday January the 11th I was very disappointed. I had sent my steak back twice by the third time I was just ready to eat because I was starving. The rolls which are my favorite part, were overcooked. I asked for a more they were even more burnt. The waiter was very friendly but He never got any dirty plates out from in front of anyone. We had a party of eight so It definitely needed to be cleared. It got to the point where we started removing the dishes and putting them in an extra chair beside our table.
The food was great. Our server was fantastic. Nice atmosphere. My husband loved the Blackberry cobbler! We driven by many times. This was our first visit.
So the food was good, but we did have issues. Waiter sucked, dirty napkin on floor, grease on seat, food particle on knife, no plates with shared appetizer. I wouldn't mark this down as one of my go to places. Vey busy place, we went on a Saturday at four PM and there already was a wait. Our friends had been there and said the lousy service was unusual for the place. I think the need to verify experience of who they hire a bit better. This guy was just a warm body to help.
We were really looking forward to a good dinner, but unfortunately this visit missed the mark. The margaritas were unpleasant — extremely cheap tequila was used, they were badly flavored and not balanced at all. We could taste lots of water in them and had them sent back. Everyone at our table that had ordered ribeye steaks, none of them were enjoyed. One was even described as “mushy,” which isn’t something you ever want to hear being said about a steak. The chicken sandwich was dry but I did not complain since most places can’t seem to cook chicken juicy. The staff was polite, but the food quality just didn’t live up to the prices or expectations. Even though there was only 8 of us and everyone had their own bill we were charged an 18% gratuity on each of the bills. The waitress would have been tipped more like 20 to 22% per bill if they wouldn’t have included it themselves. They hurt their waitress doing that. Hopefully it was an off night, but I don’t think we’ll be returning.
We had a pleasant evening last night at Binion's Roadhouse. After a long day traveling through the Smokey Mountains, we were headed back to our cabin when we decided to stop at Binion's. We had our puppy with us and were not sure if they had a pet friendly outdoor area, so we stopped in to check. The lady at the front was very friendly and went out of her way to clear a table outside for us to eat with our pup. Another lady came to get our drink orders even though she was finished with her shift and was getting ready to go home. Our server who had just started her evening shift (her name was Wendy) was also very helpful, even though she had a several indoor tables to tend to along with us on the outdoor deck. The sweet tea was awesome along with the rolls. My husband ordered the meatloaf and was happy with his choice. I ordered the sirloin tips, and they were a little tough. When I mentioned it to our waitress, Wendy, she immediately had a new order cooked for me and the manager came out to check on us too. We finished with the coconut cream pie that was outstanding. And to top it all off, a beautiful rainbow emerged across the sky. All in all, it was a nice finish to a wonderful day. Thanks for the outstanding service, Binion's.
Normally we come each year during our apple run but of course Helene ruined last year's trip for everyone in the area. We were seated promptly at about 11.45 on Tuesday Sept 23 in a booth. Our server Adriana was friendly, wonderful, and attentive from start to finish. We had the Mushroom appetizer to start things off and you can tell by our photo the generous sized serving. We had half to take home. To be different we tried the Fried Bologna sandwich with a side of onion rings. Extremely tasty and a really fun lunch. Made to order with whatever we wanted as an add-on. Mustard over mayo, no problem. Adriana brought over a Heinz bottle for us. Same relaxing atmosphere once again at Binion's with no rushing or items being served improperly. All perfect, even the Coke re-fills. We wish we were wealthy as this is one of those times you feel like leaving a silly large tip but we are fortunate to eat out once or twice per month as we save for our yearly vacations and have to live within our means. We certainly have to give the highest remarks, if that is worth anything. Hope to see you again next year. The ribs look like something fun to try.
First time visit to restaurant and I was disappointed. We told our waiter that we had never eaten there before and that we needed more time to review menu. We asked him some questions & we felt like we were bothering him. I get that it was Saturday afternoon and the place was busy but I felt put off by him. We started out with an appetizer of fried mushrooms. Waiter forgot that we had ordered and husband had to remind him. Also I had to ask if bread was something that we had to order. Fried mushrooms were delicious; they were the best that I’ve eaten. Steaks were bland & my husband’s sweet potato was cold. He told the waiter & the waiter offered to get him another but my husband felt that he would be finished eating his meal before another potato arrived. I don’t think we would visit again if in area.
Disappointed. Food was just not good. Would not recommend this restaurant. Our checks were mixed up with incorrect charges. Checks had to be redone
I mostly don’t recommend this because it’s owned by Bob Quattlebaum. He is more concerned about calling any negative review fake and demanding a recipe than actually fixing the problem. Bob, you and your little neck bandanna is the problem and your wife needs to take your facebook access away!

Absolutely the worst waitress I have ever had at Binions. Very unfriendly, rude, never ask if everything was OK. Never set at the bar again if Kelly is there. Food was good but service sucked. Leena was off was the only reason I set at the bar. So disappointed..
My son spotted Binions from the road while visiting Family in Hendersonville, so we had to go. The food was delicious, the server was lovely and we had a great time! We will be back for sure!!
Excellent food and service! We have enjoyed Binion’s for many years.
The wings are the best! It is our go to date night!
We visit Hendersonville 5 times a year and always stop at Binions. Sabrina was our server this time, and she remembered what we ordered from a year ago! Anyway, the rolls are fantastic, the Dollys grilled chicken is unique and tender and perfect. Our sweet potatoes are outstanding. Melissa came over to visit us as always. I'm convinced that any negative reviews are bogus. The people here are very attentive and want their customers to be happy.
