Very disappointed with this Bojangles on Four Seasons in Hendersonville.
Wife ordered a pickup meal online. I get to the drive thru and let them know I’m there to pick it up. We’re talking about 2x leg/thigh combos and 1x kids mac n cheese combo. Not brain surgery.
More than 40 minutes later I got what I believed and trusted to be her order. Thus I went home. When I get home it is quickly brought to my attention that we were missing a leg/thigh combo. Back to Bo I go. I get there and they so graciously gave us a complimentary over cooked Bo-Berry biscuit.
I get home, wife’s chicken is raw inside. I’m done with this place on Four Seasons. Sell the real estate and put something there that cares about taking care of people and putting forth good service.

What I witnessed at your establishment was not a restaurant but a pit of filth and failure that should never have been allowed to bear the Bojangles name. Every aspect of my visit was an insult. The service was slow to the point of mockery. My order of a four piece Chicken Supremes combo took fifteen minutes and still arrived butchered, the biscuit absent, the fries limp and half cooked, the entire tray reeking of negligence. I was made to sit at the window as if invisible while your joyless attendants slouched inside and refused even the most basic acknowledgment of my presence.
Yet the food and the staff, pitiful as they were, paled beside the revolting state of the grounds. Overflowing dumpsters spilled refuse into the open air, attracting a swirling mass of birds that blackened the sky. There were easily more than a hundred, shrieking and fouling the lot in a spectacle more fitting for a pestilent dump than a place that dares to serve food. It was a vision of rot, of decay, of corporate indifference so profound it should strip Bojangles of its right to call itself a North Carolina institution.
This location is not simply poorly managed. It is a disgrace. It is a parasite gnawing at the reputation of a brand that once commanded respect. To leave it in operation is to declare open contempt for your customers and for the state that made Bojangles beloved.

I stopped in for Breakfast. I went to the bathroom 1st. It was filthy!!! How at 0615 in the morning? Not just trash on the floor, it was disgusting. If someone's bathroom is dirty, im not eating there!

Smells horrible The bathroom smelled like somebody with smoking in. It hadn't been cleaned in a while. Service was pretty poor. I stood up there forever, waiting until I finally got served. I then had to wait forever in a day to get the food. They were out of the sauce i ordered, they didn't tell me they were out of the sauce and just gave me chicken tenders with no dipping sauce at all, thankfully I checked and was able to get a different kind of sauce, but it was like they didn't even care that they were out of something they didn't care to tell me anything. The tea they had was god awful

This has to be the most unorganized fast food resturant around. Upon going into store we saw people waiting on food. We waited over 5 minutes at the register to order. The few employees were waiting on drive thru, it was lined around the bldg. Along with the line behind us had gotten long. At one point in our wait there was NO EMPLOYEES on the line or at the window . It's like they had vanished. We finally got to order with a lady that looked like she had just gotten up and we interrupted her lunch. The resturant was dirty, tables needed cleaning and trash cans overflowed onto the floor. Food was good,,chicken hot that was the only good point.

Terrible experience. Cashier had dried snot on her nose. I stood in line for over 20 minutes. Waited more than 30 for my food. My order was wrong. It seems that most bojangles experiences lately are trash but this location is the worst.

Love the guys and gals here, food is hot fresh and delicious! Clean bathrooms clean lobby.
walked in here and the atmosphere is depressing as hell, its dirty and a ton of flies are at the front, probably more at the back. it also took over 30 min to even get to order. there was literally a worker at the front but instead of taking our orders he just seasoned some fries. saw the cashier in the back on their phone too!! the food was mediocre and they forgot our sauce and messed up our orders twice. tables aren't clean and don't even try going in the bathrooms.

I just picked up my Sunday dinner here. After waiting in the drive thru for at least 45 minutes for my two chicken breasts,dirty rice and green beans I get home to chicken strips and french fries . This place has continually gone down over the past couple years

The food was great. Aside from waiting over 20 minutes for them to bring the food out. The staff in the drive through? Not so great. They were laughing at me while I was in the drive through window. Leaning to look out the window and look at me, then laughing and whispering. I have Tourette’s and was having a hard tic day. No reason to be disrespectful and laugh at people. Won’t be back due to being uncomfortable.
