Most of the food was good. I live in florida bow and was so excited to get bojangles while I’m here visiting for the holidays. I ordered a chicken filet biscuit and was super disappointed. It was grey and dry. Completely inedible and hard to chew through. I ended up having to share my son’s meal with him because mine was not okay. Everything else was fine and the crew was very nice. I’d come back again, I was just very sad with what I received.

Update: Decided to give it a 2nd try. This time the staff was friendly, the food was great and the drink was correct the 1st time. So glad that things improved! So I have updated the review from 3 stars to 5.
The chicken was fine as were the fries. The staff seemed like they didnt want to be there. They also sold us what they said was Cheerwine, but in fact, was not Cheerwine. We even sent it back and ask for a replacement. We got back the same thing! Drove to Cookout and got an actual Cheerwine. Bojangles at Upward Rd seems better.

Waited for a DoorDash for over 30 minutes while watching 2 people in the back laugh and do nothing.
Tables nasty i wiped offwith a wipe. Cashier took phone out from inside sweatshirt laid it on the counter below the cash register thethen put it back in her sweatshirt then oroceede to handle food & work drive thru & fix drinks. Not sanitary

I really like this Bojangles.The staff is very friendly and likes to cut up with you.The food was really good.I would always go back whenever I am in hendersonville or it's great for after church quick meals. When I am needing my potato fix, this is where I go to get those tater tots bo rounds.
