GET RID OF THE AI DRIVE THRU!!! On a long road trip, stopped for food, and had to argue with this robot for 5mins before finally a real person came on. AND IT WAS STILL WRONG! No wonder I was the only customer there.

The automated ordering is terrible. Have we really gotten to this point in society? That being said, this was our worst experence at a Bojangles in a very long time. The steak on our bisquits seemed to have been cooked in 1982. Yall do so much better than this.... what happend today?
