I tried their new wings. They were very hard and tasted like they had been reheated. This was my first time trying figuring their chicken was good, so why not the wings? Well to me they weren't. I probably won't get again.

We have been here twice and will only go here for Bojangles. Both times was a very pleasant experience and food was freshly prepared. Today the manager?, did not get his name, was very thoughtful. We had to wait 15 minutes for the chicken to cook. To apologize for this he gave us a booberry biscuit for desert. People in service positions need to be more like him. We will be back

My first time ever having Bojangles. I got their signature sandwich and fires and it was surprisingly good. I'd take this over most other fast food chicken sandwiches. My only knock was next time I'd ask for double the pickles. The heat of the chicken paired well with the pickles.

Either I'm an Alien or this is not planet earth, MANAGER just told me that upgrading my fries only my fries to Lg from my dinner 3pc wing is 3.58, but if i would have order a combo upgrading my fries is 1.99, WHY?????!?!?!?!?!?!? is there a price change when upgrading fries is the same it MATTER what i order. I'm so confused i know my dinner brings 2 sides but i only wanted to upgrade my fries the other side i wanted and got it small, please help someone please make sense of this, i tried talking to the manager multiple occasions but she doesn't seem to understand what she telling me because it actually make no sense, upgrading my fries should be the same price it doesn't matter what you order ? I'm wrong?

Went in on Tuesday at 530 pm. for dinner. One piece of chicken and no biscuits. Wait over 20 min. Just really badly managed for you not to have any food ready to make at dinner rush. Really, no one could think ahead or plan ahead. Left disappointed ?
The biscuits were not done. Asked for another one. Got a second uncooked biscuit. I will not be returning to this location. The cook wanted to have a bad attitude cause I did not want to eat or pay for uncooked food that taste like Plato. The borounds dripped grease all over my clothes. Soggy mess. Never going to this one again

Pretty good seem like they put more love in it than most other
The lady that took my order put her hand in drink cup to hand it to me and then used her bare hands to put my chicken on the plate.. I called her out on it, so she did give me a fresh piece, but I will not
