First and foremost, they give back to our community. After Halene they opened up their food truck (Spartanburg Hwy location) to serve the men & women who serve our community. I mostly visit the Fletcher location but occasionally I visit the Spartanburg Hwy location. I am always greeted with a smile, and my food is cooked the way I like it. 100% recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about Victor and his team. Victor is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, and on top of that, he makes excellent food.
We hired BTM to cater our wedding, and I can honestly say it was the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process. Victor is so laid back and easy to work with, which is a breath of fresh air when connecting with wedding vendors.
Our guests raved about the food and the generous portions- something that I feel is important when feeding wedding guests… no one wants to starve their way through a wedding reception haha! Additionally, Victors mom made the most beautiful charcuterie board for cocktail hour that kept our guests content and full while we took some time for after ceremony photos. Truly a work of art, and labor of love!
From our initial meeting to the day of the wedding Victor followed through with everything he said he would do, and more! The owner of the venue even commented on how respectful Victor and his team were, and how they left every area they worked in better than they found it. Thank you Victor and the BTM team for a job well done, y’all deserve every ounce of success! If you’re a bride to be or just need a reliable caterer for a big event- do yourself a favor and book BTM!
