The food was giving out correctly but the service at the window the girl was so rude it was ridiculous. She acted like I was doing her or she was doing me a favor. $14 for a burger a chicken sandwich and french fries I should at least get a smile and a thanks for coming

So I went thru the drive thru tonight and they forgot some food items and when I called they were very rude the manager Liz and the gentleman was very rude and disrespectful they shouldn’t be in customer service if they can’t have better attitudes I heard Liz in the background stating that we could just get over it talking about our missing food

11/21 Went by today about 1 pm and was told they had no hamburgers, no chicken or no fries! Burger King with no burger. I can only imagine what else is wrong.

Was pulled forward and told we are making it fresh, the chicken was the only thing that was fresh the fries were old hard and so were the jalapeño bites, will not be coming back it would be fine if it was like 10 bucks but it was almost 40 for old nasty food I wouldn’t feed my dog.

So I get a Whopper Or a Whopper Jr. Really sucks I love eating at Burger King here lately I can't even stop by there because it's never good anymore they only put a little dollop of mayonnaise on their the ketchup is on the outside of the bun always and it's squished together like they could give a rat's monkey tattoo if somebody's going to eat it or not it bothers me because at the end of the day if you're not happy with your job then choose another job okay I have worked in food and I get it I get the frustration and everything but you don't crap on people's food and put it together properly because you're unhappy that customer could be having a worse day than yourself try putting other people before yourself especially when you're at work working with food some of us don't live around the corner from the restaurant we go 20 to 30 minutes out of our way to get something to eat only to get home to find out half of the meal is missing this is ridiculous and it does need to stop because you all are not good at giving people back money all the product they already paid for get this place together

It's hard to leave a review for these people sometimes they're good and sometimes they just dropped the ball. Like today I ordered a Whopper with cheese it's got the sticker on it but no cheese and it damn sure was on my receipt so I paid their what 60 cent for a slice of cheese that I never got.

I went to the Burger King in Hendersonville this morning that was right off I 26 across from the Hendersonville Mall and they were fantastic. Let me tell you. I originally asked for sweet tea and they didn’t have sweet tea, but they made up for it with the breakfast burrito because this is the biggest most picture esquire pleasing burrito I’ve ever seen that actually matches the pictures that you’re gonna see on the menu board. If that’s not enough, they were also friendly, which is kind of a hit or miss nowadays wherever you go, but they were friendly. The food’s fantastic. It was just an all-around good experience. I will Now go to Burger King more often. Great Job!
