It has been so many years since I had burger king, and I i have to say this was the most positive fast food experience I have had in a while. All employees were polite and fast, not only with us, but with each other. They were steadily busy, yet kept on top of orders without any chaotic screaming in the kitchen, and were able to keep the dining area super clean as well. Food came out fast and right, and was surprisingly high quality. Especially the tomatoes.All around a ten out of ten experience and absolutely the best location I could've asked for to reintroduce me to the king!

Admittedly, it's been about 10 years since I last had Burger King, but of all the locations I could have chosen to reintroduce myself to the franchise, I'm so glad I picked this one. The food was better than I remembered as a kid. The pickles weren't too soggy, the tomato was actually red, the soda fountain wasn't running out of syrup. The onion rings remain top notch. The kitchen was super quiet and the exchanges between the employees was polite and respectful with each other and the customers. Everything was clean. My husband and I were honestly blown away.Vegetarian options: Impossible WhopperKid-friendliness: Crowns!!!
After some Management changes and a few Crew changes, this Store has become exceptional in its service and Quality of food. I can say since I visit this Store at least Twice a week and have been since before the new GM took over. If you have any Issue's Shantel will resolve them in a Friendly respectful way.Vegetarian options: I'm not a Vegetarian, so I really don't know other than the Impossible Burger, what else is suited for a Vegetarian.Parking: There is Parking on the Handicap side of the Store as well as a Huge parking lot behind the Store.Kid-friendliness: Oriented to make children enjoy there visit and feel special as a King or QueenWheelchair accessibility: There is Handicap and wheelchair access on the opposite side of the Drive through.
This is the cleanest bk in Hendersonville food is always good.Clean bathrooms.Tried to update but phone froze so will add more laterIf your order is wrong you can politely tell them im sure they will be happy to fix it. Also everyone appreciates not being yelled at when they are understaffed.Employees are always polite

Usually don’t have the best luck here especially coming through late at night. We work night shift and they’re usually hateful here or refuse to serve us after 11:30. Seth was working when I went by tonight and he was so helpful and nice. Truly deserves a raise and appreciation shout out. Thank you Seth.

I wish I’d taken photos!!!Our food arrived hot, fresh and was delicious. The young girl that waited on us was quick, professional and courteous. The lobby eating area was impeccably clean. And finally, I enjoyed the music playing in the dining area.Best breakfast in a long time.

The quality of the food hasn't let me down yet. Staff are very friendly, and the parking lot in the back is a great place to park and enjoy the food.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible, however the parking lot is directly off Four Seasons so it can get hectic if you need to back in.
