Very charming family run ice cream shop. Pleasantly surprised by both selection and quality. A few unique flavors among the standards and an excellent creaminess. I mentioned to the owner it sure seemed like a wonderfully high butterfat content and she smiled, nodded and said “oh yes”. Very creamy, almost gelato like. They obviously put some effort in perfecting their recipe. Delicious!
My husband loves this place and wanted me to experience their excellent ice cream!! We were there on Tuesday, right as Hurricane Helene was about to come inland. They were preparing to close early, but we enjoyed the delicious Salted caramel with honey! The staff unfortunately burned something when we were there, but other than that it was a good experience.
We have always liked getting ice cream from here. Last night I got some of my favorite and the flavor was off. It almost tasted like some soap had gotten in. We will be back though, this is the only time that we have had any issue with y’all!!
