We landed at RDU at dinner time and decided to eat before driving home. We searched Thai food near me and chose Champa. The restaurant looked nice but was not our favorite. All the components were there for a great dining experience but things just didn’t seem to go well. Stopped in at Champa's during the apple festival and not too busy which was nice because we got seated, served and our food quickly. We had a Dancing Girl sushi roll, pad thai with chicken and the sesame chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious, loved the spice of the pad thai and the sesame chicken was just the right umami and sweetness. The atmosphere was also just great, I loved the aesthetic and the paper lantern decor. 10/10 would definitely come back.
