I had not eaten at Chick-fil-A in a good while. The food was really good. I asked for extra pickles and mt sandwich was loaded. They make sure that your drink cups are kept refilled.

I had a very traumatizing experience at Chick-fil-A and will NEVER support this company again.
Around 1:30 p.m., 8/4. I was in the drive-thru in Lane 1 with one car ahead of me. In Lane 2, there was also one car. The car ahead of me took a little longer, so I was sitting and looking at my phone.
The older lady taking orders in Lane 2 finished with her customer, and no cars were left in that lane. About 40 seconds passed, and another car pulled up behind me. Instead of coming to me next, the older lady walked right past my car and went to take the order of the car behind me—even though the car in front of me was still there and I clearly hadn’t been helped yet.
When it was finally my turn, a very nice young lady greeted me and asked, “Hello, did she take your order?” I said, “No. I don’t want anything anymore, thank you.” She responded kindly, and I wished her a nice day.
When I got to the window, I asked to speak with a manager. A very nice young woman whose name started with “E” came out and listened to my story. As I was explaining, she immediately said, “Oh, I am so sorry. I know exactly who that is.”
I told her that in all my years of supporting Chick-fil-A and spending thousands of dollars here, this has never happened. I also told her that I will never eat at Chick-fil-A again. She asked what she could do to make it right, but I said there was nothing—my mind was made up. I thanked her for her empathy and for listening.
As a lifelong food lover, I can say with certainty: I will never eat Chick-fil-A again—not even if someone is paying.
I usually go to the Spartanburg Hwy. location, but sometimes it's convenient to go to the location near Sam's club because that's my destination. I wish they had a lane for mobile orders like the Spartanburg location but it's not a deal breaker. Today however, the quality of the food was not up to par with the Spartanburg location. I ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup, which did not have one morsel of chicken...just noodles and carrots. WHY NOT CALL IT NOODLE SOUP INSTEAD OF CHICKEN NOODLE?? We also ordered a chicken sandwich combo. The waffle fries were sooooooo over cooked, we threw them away. The last time we ordered waffle fries from this location, they were stale. Spartanburg location waffle fries are always on point. I had clicked on one packet of mayo for the order, which was missing. The tea had no ice. Do better Chick-fil-A at Highlands Square Drive near Walmart in Hendersonville,NC.
