I ordered my food yesterday morning at 6:30 on my way to work, got to my work place and realized that what was packaged wasn't what I had ordered or paid for. I go in today to explain that error hoping it would be corrected, but the person consulted said that I should have returned the wrong food !!!!!! I left work at 11pm so returning it yesterday was impossible. Very disappointing for anyone to think that I would return to store to lie about some food

What can I say, just good food that's quick and organized. We didn't use to go very much because it was a little pricey but after everyone else raised their prices out the roof they are right inline with say McDonalds and that's a no brainer where I'm going !!!

The attendant at the drive-through was accommodating. The food was very tasty. However, the lemonade tasted like the spigot of the urn needed to be thoroughly cleaned and dissenfected. Otherwise very satisfied.
I’ve been a loyal customer of this Chick-fil-A for quite some time and have always loved the food and friendly atmosphere. It's one of my go-to spots, and I visit regularly. However, over the past 2-3 months, I’ve noticed a consistent drop in service quality that’s been frustrating.
Lately, about 9 times out of 10, my orders have been missing items that I paid for, whether it’s a sauce, a side, or even a main item. I understand that mistakes happen, but this has become a regular occurrence, which affects the overall experience. I still enjoy the food and the polite staff, but it’s disappointing when I get home and realize something’s missing.
I hope the management can address this issue and bring the service back up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A.
