Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is a good Chipotle to eat at right off the interstate 26

Wow… the whole place was filthy! Bathrooms.., every table and the counter where they made the food. All the trash cans were full! I left my trash on the table. Plenty of staff and not a ton of customers. No excuse for it. The food was OK but expensive for a little food.
I just copied and pasted this from my review of the chipotle in West asheville, applies here too. I guess this is their business model.

The young female worker working at 5pm on 6/8 gave me a big burrito which seems to be few and far between now of days at chipotle. Thanks

Ordered a bowl to-go, and once I arrived at home I noticed my bag felt a little light. This is what I saw when I opened my bowl. 1/3 full, barely any meat, funny considering I ordered double meat. I had to drive back and have them remake it in front of me. Terrible for the price you pay.

Chipotle Toilet Bowl! Smoked brisket. Horrible!!
Could not eat it!! I truly believe it was spicy horsemeat. I threw the meal away and went somewhere else to eat. Won't be back!

Efficient operation—someone serving, another replacing food, and one checking out. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Food is superb as Chipotle always.

I was accidentally overcharged and I was a little ticked off, employee came over to me as I was eating to apologize after noticing the mistake and I was refunded the correct ammount. That takes courage to admit a mistake and I am very happy the way they handled it. I’ll be back

I placed an order through their app today and one of the items that I chose was a build your own Taco kids meal for my daughter. I was already aggravated because they forgot to give us our drinks and then when he had to go back and get them. But then we get all the way home, which is a 20-minute drive to discover that they've completely left the meat off of our build your own Taco kids meal. I called the store which is almost completely impossible to get a hold of a live person and a very young lady picked up the phone. She proceeded to tell me that my only options were to come back and pick up the meat which had been another 40 minute round trip or I could have a number to get a refund. I don't think their mistake calls for my inconvenience. She took little to no responsibility saying that she didn't know what happened. Well, I can tell you what happened. Poor training and lack of responsibility for these young folks think that they can just slap food on a plate and that's okay. But that was my hard earned money. And not to mention my daughter didn't get her meal. Unfortunately. I think that'll be the last time that I eat at Chipotle and I hope the general manager or the area manager reads these to know just how poorly your staff not only prepares the food but how inexperienced and unprofessional the manager is. We won't talk about the incredibly soggy tacos because they put the salsa and it turned upside down in there and it leaked everywhere and then we had two very soggy tacos and cold pintos.

Always glad to find a Chipotle that’s maintain quality food and atmosphere. Not all Chipotles are the same. This is definitely a good one.
