Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family had at this Chipotle location. Not only was the customer service poor, but the lack of concern for customer safety was unacceptable.

My daughter paid for her order with her own money, and her food was stolen from inside the store. Instead of receiving any help, we were met with disrespect and indifference. When we asked for assistance, the female manager refused to give us her name and openly stated that she didn’t care about what happened. She kept repeating that it was “DoorDash’s fault,” even though the theft occurred inside their restaurant, on their premises.

Now my daughter has to wait for someone else to address this issue, simply because the staff and management refused to take any responsibility in the moment.

For a restaurant of this size, food orders should be placed in a secure, designated area to ensure that not just anyone can walk in and take someone’s meal. This is a basic safety and customer service expectation.

I am requesting that a district manager or regional manager contact me directly regarding this situation. No customer—especially a young one spending their own money—should be treated with such disregard, and no family should feel dismissed when asking for help with an issue that happened inside the store.
This manager stated this is policy that once food is made its is not the responsibility of Chipotle. So what they are saying is they dont care if you spend your hard earned money. And your food is stolen or what if the food was poisoned do to inadequate safety of their patrons.

The food seemed like it was made a week ago. Taste really bad and not fresh at all. I rarely write reviews but this one belong here.

Wow. Some of the bestest servers I've had and their not cute or cheap with the portion. Tipped them 5.00 extra for leaving with something out of the restaurant for later.

This is a good Chipotle to eat at right off the interstate 26

Wow… the whole place was filthy! Bathrooms.., every table and the counter where they made the food. All the trash cans were full! I left my trash on the table. Plenty of staff and not a ton of customers. No excuse for it. The food was OK but expensive for a little food.
I just copied and pasted this from my review of the chipotle in West asheville, applies here too. I guess this is their business model.

Ordered a bowl to-go, and once I arrived at home I noticed my bag felt a little light. This is what I saw when I opened my bowl. 1/3 full, barely any meat, funny considering I ordered double meat. I had to drive back and have them remake it in front of me. Terrible for the price you pay.

Chipotle Toilet Bowl! Smoked brisket. Horrible!!
Could not eat it!! I truly believe it was spicy horsemeat. I threw the meal away and went somewhere else to eat. Won't be back!
