Chipotle Toilet Bowl! Smoked brisket. Horrible!!
Could not eat it!! I truly believe it was spicy horsemeat. I threw the meal away and went somewhere else to eat. Won't be back!

Efficient operation—someone serving, another replacing food, and one checking out. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Food is superb as Chipotle always.

I was accidentally overcharged and I was a little ticked off, employee came over to me as I was eating to apologize after noticing the mistake and I was refunded the correct ammount. That takes courage to admit a mistake and I am very happy the way they handled it. I’ll be back

I placed an order through their app today and one of the items that I chose was a build your own Taco kids meal for my daughter. I was already aggravated because they forgot to give us our drinks and then when he had to go back and get them. But then we get all the way home, which is a 20-minute drive to discover that they've completely left the meat off of our build your own Taco kids meal. I called the store which is almost completely impossible to get a hold of a live person and a very young lady picked up the phone. She proceeded to tell me that my only options were to come back and pick up the meat which had been another 40 minute round trip or I could have a number to get a refund. I don't think their mistake calls for my inconvenience. She took little to no responsibility saying that she didn't know what happened. Well, I can tell you what happened. Poor training and lack of responsibility for these young folks think that they can just slap food on a plate and that's okay. But that was my hard earned money. And not to mention my daughter didn't get her meal. Unfortunately. I think that'll be the last time that I eat at Chipotle and I hope the general manager or the area manager reads these to know just how poorly your staff not only prepares the food but how inexperienced and unprofessional the manager is. We won't talk about the incredibly soggy tacos because they put the salsa and it turned upside down in there and it leaked everywhere and then we had two very soggy tacos and cold pintos.

Benadryl duty was awesome Sunday afternoon the youth group from Cedarwood Church from Waterloo SC Hungary after an afternoon of tubing. He stopped in for a fast meal. The food was delicious. Everyone was helpful. Was a group of 18 people. Thank you so much for good food and fast service

Everytime I come here, there's employees standing around, possibly doing switch over.. yet nobody says "hey someone will be with u shortly" or nothing... Everyone looks at me though, sees me standing there.. only person in line, stand there a sold 5 minutes and still nothing.. I've worked in the food industry for 25 years. This is disrespectful and will definitely keep people from coming back. Not to mention the meat is always so dry at this location. I will be hitting up mexican food trucks before I come back to this chain.
