Last few times i came here they didn't understand what a bbq sandwhich is i can understand my car being loud and needing to turn it off but once the car is off and you confuse what ingredients go on a bbq sandwhich thats too much this place used to be awesome it seems after helene its gone down hill they tried to give me a bbq sandwhich with no meat..... i drove off i wont be back to this location the employees need better training

I got a chicken sandwich. The chicken was so small it barely was enough for the bun and it was dry. The floors were sticky and the staff were just blah. No music, no atmosphere.

Just ordered fried okra from cookout...more like raw okra with fried shell. When we said something, the manager said that is what they look like...and said if we wanted he could put back in fryer. Y'all....

1.. Overcharged 2.. Order of sides consisted of 3 onion rings 2 little tiny crumbs and 3 chicken nuggets I'm thinking one of my chicken nuggets was being consumed as he's hanging me my food with a mouthful. 3.. my shake on the other hand was delicious. I don't know what happened to this place but I am just super disappointed in customer service and the lack of portions... I won't be back anytime soon . They did on the other hand give me my $1.50 that they overcharged me back.

ALWAYS EXCELLENT food & fast service to boot! LOVE their BBQ Sandwiches but wonder if they make their own BBQ or get NC Lexington style BBQ from a supplier?

2nd time at a Cookout. First time was at a different location and a pleasant experience. This time was not. I asked the cashier if the chicken was in sandwich form or a piece of chicken. Obviously quite irritated they said, it's original! It's grilled chicken breast. (then like I was an idiot) You know, with grill marks!' My husband asked if there was a military discount and that really irritated them. I ordered a burger as obviously anything else would have created more ussues. We will NOT be back to this location, ever. And the burger meat had small bone chips and my shoes stuck to the floor.
