I went to cook out today on the right side. Took 6 cars in a row before I gave up and went inside. Then waited for them to 4 drive thru customers. Terrible customer management

The lady was on the at the drive-thru was inpatient, not understanding at all, my partner was trying their best to order. When we came around to pay and get our order guy was being a smarty told my partner for future reference the sides on one part of the menu and took our money and was smirking. My partner has anxiety was doing okay with ordering until she got impatient at the drive through mic at the menu. I honestly hope those two ppl will learn patience, kindness or find something that they actually want to do. Was Jan, 21. Time 10:50pm

Me and my wife go to this location quite often. Tonight we went to pick up a quick dinner because we work late. The young lady that was talking our order was rude and very unprofessional. While I was trying to order she said it sounded like mumbling. I told her my head was out the window trying to order. I gave her my order, and said no lettuce on the sandwiches. I ask did she put no lettuce. She said yes. We ordered three trays. When we got to the window to pay she didn’t say anything but the total witch was fine. She was not friendly at all! So when we go home all three orders were wrong. We ask for no lettuce on the sandwiches, and they all had lettuce. If you don’t like your job go do something else. She was not a good representative for this business we have decided to no longer eat cookout. I refused pay for rudeness!

This is beyond ridiculous and has happened MULTIPLE TIMES at this location.
My boyfriend ordered a BBQ PLATE — not a sandwich. A PLATE. With hush puppies and coleslaw. The receipt CLEARLY said “PLATE.” Despite this, we were given a sandwich.
We went back to correct the mistake and ordered ANOTHER BBQ PLATE, very clearly. And once again, we were handed ANOTHER SANDWICH.
At what point does this become a training issue? A plate and a sandwich are two completely different menu items, and the fact that this keeps happening is honestly alarming. If employees cannot distinguish between basic menu options — especially when the receipt is correct — then something is seriously wrong.
Customers should not have to argue over their own order or double-check employees for mistakes that continue to happen over and over again. This isn’t a minor error; it’s a pattern of incompetence.
Extremely disappointed. Management seriously needs to step in, retrain staff, and figure out why such a simple order cannot be fulfilled correctly. I will not be returning until this location gets its act together.

I ordered food at the drive through at this location. I patiently repeated the order 3 times. Spoke to 2 different associates. I paid a fair price but was shorted a drink. I tapped on the window and the manager took my receipt and kept it. I next discovered that I was missing 2 food items. One wasn't even rung up. I had parked to eat with my family, so rather than attempt a 2nd drive through, I walked in. The manager had my food prepared and did nothing to correct the poor service. I was charged the 2.34 for the missing item. We really enjoy this location normally but this makes me want to not return.

Best Burger around. Perfect Okra. Very clean. Very friendly staff and the prices are so low!

First time here. An absolutely horrendous experience. The register was manned by a low talking mumbler. Could hardly understand what he was saying. Kept trying to push a meal deal with too much food when all we wanted was a burger and fries with a drink. Pretty simple order. He got both of our orders wrong, and the place was filthy. Avoid at all costs.

Stopped while traveling to get a shake. We went inside to use facilities as well. Very clean and the shakes were great as usual!
Went in for a cookout style burger order of fries and a order of hush puppies that was it. The try to upsale me over and over I said no tile the cashier walked away saying she did not understand what I want. When I look at the receit the still gave me stuff I did not ask for. Yes wasrt is free but I did not ask for water or for my order to be made in to a tray. Do not go here the will upsale you and not say sorry or anything. This before I look at my food hope it is what I ordered
