Thin and crispy should not mean burned around the edges. Sold me a burnt pizza. They were nice. Quality control mentioned on app is not discerning, possibly not occurring. Caveat Emptor. I didn't check it before exiting.

Very bad experience ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza, got mushrooms onions etc on the pizza, then when I brought the pizza back employees were moving trays around on the floor and touching food right after. Not cleaning hands, then made my pizza with a phone in there hand talking on the phone

I'll get this out the way before bragging on the website and the taste/quality of the food, the staff could use some help, I guess they're short handed so it makes it hard to keep it a professional as it could or should be. I was reading other reviews about the employees I personally have had no crazy issues with them but they're short handed which can cause irritated and overwhelmed workers left to handle all of it. They're deals online are always #1 compared to the other local pizza joints around. And the quality of their pizzas don't differ with the prices or sizes or deals you choose. They offer multiple choices of crusts for any size pizza which is a huge plus. I order online with this location pretty often and the quality and presentation of my food is always on point. 👌🏼 Oh, and the time it takes them to start preparing my order and having it ready by the time I arrive is ALWAYS accurate to what the website says it will be ready by. And I give their website a 5 ⭐ , it's very simple and easy to navigate and use and as soon as you place your order it will let you know exactly which employee (by name) is preparing it and when they began and let's you follow the order throughout the whole process keeping you informed of the times and all.. not to mention you get awesome deals the more points you accumulate from ordering online. =)

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered pizza to be delivered for a party at around 6:00. When it said it would take an hour I called and said I would pick it up instead. They said ok, but then 30 mins later called to say they had no delivery drivers and did I want to pick it up. I said yes, I already told you that. My gf drove to get the pizza and they said it wasn’t ready yet. After 20 mins they asked for our name and then said they couldn’t find it. I got on the phone and explained everything and saw in my email that they had canceled the order 3 mins before. We never got our pizza and had no food at the party. Also, the front door was jammed and literally trapping people in the place, which is a crazy fire hazard. Dominos, get your shit together because this level of dysfunction is not sustainable. I will never order again.
