I’ve never had a bad experience here. The chocolate chip muffins and munchkins are my favorites. The staff is nice and helpful.

Store was filthy, counters an floor hadn't been cleaned. Restroom was clean. Ordered two coffees, had to send one back as it wasn't even warm. Third time tonorder Midnight coffee in this store, third time to send it back. Teenagers run this store and if you are a to go order, they'll try to paen off their garbage on you. Check your order before you leave.

Just placed an order on the mobile app and went through the drive through. I took a sip and something didn’t tasted right. After I stated it didn’t tasted right I was given extra oat milk to put in. That’s when I realized that I was spoiled! They are serving spoiled oat milk to people. Do not go here! The woman at the windows was extremely rude and not helpful.

Dunking just feels too plastic, too corporate. Donuts at 9am tasted like day old stuff. Staff is adequate at best. I know they're working hard but....DD ain't nothing special.

They may open at 4 AM, but not the dining room. If you want to go inside and sit down like a civilized person to enjoy your coffee try the other locations. Chimney Rock Rd either has different policies, or just can't get their act together. Seems odd to me because all 3 stores are the same ownership.UPDATE 11-8: After my review they changed their ways. The dining room has been open when I arrived between 5-5:30 AM. I was thrilled and set to remove this review and replace with a very positive review, until this morning when the doors were locked with a note saying they now open at 8 AM. Seriously, 8 AM? Now you've lost my business for good. Most people work for a living and are already on their way at that time. I like your coffee and you're location is more convenient, but it isn't much farther to McDonald's and their coffee is $1 less. See ya!
