I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts quite often because my job is very close, and I always ask for my Matcha to be shaken and not blended because blending milk just makes a bunch of foam and this is what I end up with after all that has settled down. I’m paying the price of a medium, but basically getting a small. It’s the little things that keep customers coming back, I don’t want to keep paying 6 dollars for foam

I got here most days during the week and I will never go back after today. I order the same drink everyday and it looks diffrent and tastes diffrent everytime. I get that there will be some variation between diffrent employees but this morning it was alot darker than ive ever seen it so I asked the girl at the window if that was the correct drink because it didnt look right and she repeated my order to me and it was right but the drink wasnt so I asked if she could add some more milk because I didnt look right (I get a latte and it was black) so she took it back with an eye roll and came back 10 minutes later and it was another (possibly the same) very dark drink. She handed it to me and afraid of my drink being spit in I took it and asked what normally comes in a latte thinking maybe I just dont know how to order what I want and she said if I wanted my order to be right I should tip next time. When I finally got to try my drink it had almond flavor in it and I threw it away. I've tried contacting customer support and get no response. I've always just assumed it was faulty training or a bad luck day but these people are ridiculous. Went from spending over $50 dollars a week here to most likely never going back. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Placed a mobile order around 10am and my was missing everything I ordered. The line was so long that I ended up going to a completely different Dunkin to get my drink made correctly. Horrible. Find a different Dunkin.

The food and drinks are great- if you get what you ordered. We love to get Dunkin because its close by and they have something we all like. We are often ordering for 5 or 6 people, always on the app, and always to bring home. Sometimes its just not practical to check everything in the drive thru. Today we got 5 sandwiches and they got 2 right. That's crazy bad! We even got a bagel...nobody ordered a bagel. I worked in restaurants for nearly 20 years. Stuff happens. I get it. Also, it's not that hard to get orders right. C'mon Dunkin, you can do better.

Go here pretty much every day, service is normally amazing with Samantha at the drive thru. Went today with another girl working, who definitely does not know how to speak to customers. “Um so we’re still working on your order, yeah” I really recommend working on training the whole team in customer service if you’re going to have them up at the window.

Some of the employees at that location seem like they really don’t want to be there. Also an issue I keep having at multiple locations is the lip on your cups is smashed so the lid doesn’t stay on meaning when I go pick up my coffee by the cup while I’m driving the lid pops off and spills hot coffee all over my lap. This is now the third time in three weeks this has happened. I happen to be a regular at all four locations in this immediate area, but I’m about to stop going entirely if this continues to happen

They are alright except today the Dunkin donuts delivery truck how much rain is over in the parking lot we were eating he made us move and was very rude, he made us move but we were customers it doesn't make sense

I stop almost daily for my coffee. Ok today I stopped asking for a BUTTER PECAN frozen coffee. Like always. I got it left for an appointment. And looked they messed my coffee up AGAIN. No butter pecan syrup! Just vanilla, very disappointed!

8 days ago I went in to the establishment and ordered a dozen glazed donuts. The girl behind the counter asked what I wanted and that's the last she spoke untill she said what I owed. I thanked her and she just turned away. When I got home I opened the box and the donuts were hard and the glaze was almost gone. Now mind you I was there early in the morning. I felt they were leftover from the day before. I get better donuts at Ingles or publix than from Dunkin! I'll not go back again.
