We had a big party of 9 and our service was AMAZING! All of our food was perfect! The server was patient with our big group and helped us celebrate in the best way! We can’t say enough good things about Arturo!!! ♥️♥️♥️

This is the perfect place for a retirement lunch!! Arturo, our server, did an incredible job of keeping up with our big group and all of our complicated orders were perfect! Can’t say enough good things!

This restaurant is clean and the service is quick and friendly. Their salad and chips they bring to the table are delicious. Love the food. Arturo was a great waiter. Check it out.

Same as all the other Mexican food. With higher prices. Last lunch visit was $20 for pineapple enchiladas with a tiny one oz cup of queso.

$4.99 if you order a soda to go with your meal. I seriously can’t believe that.
Food is pretty good but nothing special. Service is not bad. Atmosphere is ok. I just can’t get over 5 bucks for the drink. That’s nuts.

Best way to enjoy El Paso: rip a U turn in the parking lot, make a left out of the lot, hop on Church St which turns into AVL Hwy, go until you make left into Papa’s and Beer.. and forget you made the mistake of pulling into El Paso! $19 for a steak burrito with no rice or beans. No sour cream. No salad. Repeatedly asked for the burrito to be covered with queso but it came on the side. The entire burrito: dry as a desert. Consistency of the steak was similar to how I assume trying to chew gravel would be. Just a dry burrito in a takeout container.. $19! Never going back!

As a regular customer, I’ve always enjoyed dining at El Paso on Spartanburg Hwy. I visited for lunch today shortly after they opened. Despite being seated promptly with chips and salsa, we waited over 15 minutes, and no one came to take our drink order. A waiter at the wait station near the salsa bar could clearly see us, but it seemed we were either overlooked or not communicated to the assigned server.

Frustrated, we left and went to another Mexican restaurant nearby. It wasn’t until we were walking out that anyone noticed us. This was a disappointing experience, and I hope it’s not reflective of their usual service.

I used to go here with my family once a week. Food was good. The female server was ok but seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Next to us was a large table full of local linemen on lunch. They all got separate tickets and paid and tipped. I saw the money on the table myself. The guys that came to clean the table were talking in Spanish not realizing I knew Spanish as well. They were complaining about how much they tipped and at the fact that they got separate tickets. They even used deragatory comments and language like the word gringo. I didn’t appreciate the racial slurs or comments said about our communities line men. You shouldn’t talk about your customers in front of of other customers just because you think us gringos don’t speak Spanish. I’ll never go back!

Sunday was our first time there and will be the last. I ordered the Texas Fajitas. It has chicken, beef and shrimp. The beef isn't fajita/skirt steak and not tender.
Someone in our party ordered Chicken Nachos. They didn't look appetizing. It looked like the chicken had been chewed up. I worked in food and nutrition in a hospital. I was a diet clerk and my job was to make sure the patient got the correct diet and looked appetizing. I sent a tray back for a redo. I thought of that when I saw the Nachos

The food was dry, overcooked and the sauces were in bad shape. Specifically the green and cheese sauces. Service was good. Atmosphere is nice. I won't go back because I can cook better. Even the dessert was bad. The churro was undercooked. The tres leches was dry. The flan was good. My date had a pork enchilada plate that looked good. Our kid had nachos that was terrible. How do you ruin nachos? You might be asking. Tis my point exactly.

This is my first time at this El Paso never been to El Paso before the people I were with have been here before they said it was good My experience was good The atmosphere was good it was a large place a lot of seating the lighting was fine The service was fine. I really don't have any complaints. It's pretty much just like every other decent Spanish restaurant. Has a huge bar has a salsa bar has restrooms. Has a huge horse. (Fake) The staff seemed nice. If you're looking for a place to go get some Spanish food I don't think you would be disappointed if you went here.
