I barely found my way in. There are no outside doors, it's from inside the hotel only. The service was pretty good, alot of staff standing a round chatting each other up. The food was above average and not too dry like some of the competition. I want to try one of the other El Passo eateries before returning here. But it was good enough to go back.
We have been twice in the last few weeks and the food has been amazing every time. The service however has not been good. We somehow ended up with the same server twice and both times he seemed to have an attitude. He either did not refill our drinks or checked on them once and disappeared. He ignored our son and tried to walk away without taking his order twice (drinks and food) and had to be caught before he got away in order to place our son's order. He argued with my fiance about what he wanted to order and then had to bring the manager back to figure it out when he was just ordering something that was listed on the menu. We could also hear him talking about us and laughing with other employees. If the food wasn't so good, we would not be going back.
Gr8 food, great service, gr8 michelada drinks! Especially with the lime juice. ?Dietary restrictions: Gluten free...refried beans, rice, avocado, salad
We were in town for a lil family vacation. I had seen El Paso on a recommendation. The food was delicious and our server was extremely nice and attentive. If you’re in the area I would recommend El Paso. We came in later but they were quite busy when we were checking in.
